I dart my run, it runs for awhile then at end of run it had stopped and says Start Run again! Did not press Hold the Pause.

To resolve Run With Hal network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Run With Hal App
1. On android, goto Settings » Run With Hal » click [Force Stop]

Clear Run With Hal App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Run With Hal » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Run With Hal.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Run With Hal » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Run With Hal » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Run With Hal
