My App is not working it will not take me to the log in or sign-up screen am not sure what to do.
It wont let me load into the app anymore
When I press on the gemsouls app it just loads forever and doesn’t actually open the app
It wont load at all
The app won’t load no matter how many times I delete, download, reload, restart phone.
I keep trying to play it it takes forever to,load it doesn’t even load
I miss this app when I open gemsouls it shuts Off please bring the app back
It won’t log me in like a go to the login screen and it just makes me sit there
It's not loading th home page I can even login
It won’t let me log in, it keeps saying “authentication error” it’s been going on for a few month now, it won’t let me log into any account

Every time I try to make an account it takes a very long time for it to load and eventually it never does. I tried resetting and deleting the app but it’s still not working.
I Open the app and the start screen is there but the app never opens
I don’t know if it’s a crash or what, but I just re-downloaded the app, and it’s staying on the opening screen. I can’t do anything. I waited for 5 minutes for it to load and it won’t.

I open gemsouls and it just shows me a white screen with gemsouls on the top and that’s it nothing else plus I really love this app it’s the only place I can talk to people.

It’s been six days and it’s still not letting me in the app I’ve tried everything my network is fine and it still won’t let me in..
