Tile Family: Match Puzzle Game Reviews

The game is legit. It’s not those games like gardenscapes where they trick you making you think that you are downloading it to save people only for it to be a completely different game. It is what it showed. Ads aren’t even that bad. They pop up like once in a while so it’s not annoying and aren’t dumb ads like “episode”, they are normal ads (from my experience with TileFamily.) also the game works without WiFi. The only thing you can’t access without WiFi are the awards and competitions, which is fair. The only problem I have with this game is that it takes so much just to get one star. Like, you don’t even get a star in any of the rewards? You have to have a bunch of stars (like at least 7-9) in order to unlock a window, and then after that you have to go back to earning at least 5 more stars AGAIN so you can put down a light. Also I notice a glitch. After I give them better clothes, when I get back on they are back to being all dirty and sad again ? But the game ignores that anyway so I get to move on. Just a small glitch. Anyway this is a good game. 🫶

Hello! First, this game is so much fun! I love to play it in any relaxing free time I have and make it my goal to help the family. The only issue that could be fixed however, is that… if you finish the puzzle for your first try you get 1 star… however if you finish it in 2 tries you also get one star… this is confusing for me because especially in a ‘super hard’ round, it is very difficult to complete that in just one try. So I feel like if you do complete the puzzle in one try you should get 2 stars as a congratulations for completing it so quickly. However if you need to pay for an extra try at the puzzle you should only receive 1 star. All in all though, this game is so much fun, and if you haven’t played it yet I highly recommend it! Even though I’m a little bummed about the stars, this game is so much fun, easy to learn, and shows/teaches how to help people in the times were they need you. Thank you for reading this review 😄🙏

I’ll start off by saying that the tile puzzles themselves are very fun and play just like the ads show. Unfortunately, TileFamily uses a lot of domestic abuse and child endangerment as storytelling devices, which honestly seems counterintuitive to its relaxing and puzzling gameplay. By commodifying sensitive topics such as these, developers run the risk of desensitizing young players to topics of abandonment and abuse which in the long run can impact their ability to identify real life red flags or might prevent them from speaking up if they’ve grown to believe this is normalized behavior.

A much lighter and smaller con is that after you finish a level, the animations for the rewards you receive for finishing a level take long enough that it’s annoying to sit and wait for them to finish so you can start the next level. It would be better if there were an option to move straight into the next level.

Im not sure yet if I’ll keep playing. There are the makings of a decent game here with fun, bright graphics that are weighed down by inappropriately dark stories.

I love this game it’s like my fav after roblox I haven’t played roblox at all yet bc of this game I’m on story three and I having a great time I would get this game thee is some adds but not much and if you don’t have this or roblox get it and I hope you have red this

Update: Level 370. Well, it was too good to be true. The game has changed now and at this level it’s ads, ads, ads. And rudely enough there’s no button to silence the ads. So many ads are popping up that my phone is overheating! I’m sad to do it but I’m deleting this game. The overheating is just bad.
First review: Every single game I’ve recently tried has punished me for playing their creation by forcing me to submit to obnoxious (I’m not kidding or exaggerating either!) ads that are stressful and can’t be silenced! I play for fun. I don’t like being abused and this game is the kind I like. It’s challenging, has good story lines and strategy and leaves me feeling good because I’m helping the people in the stories. It’s rewarding me for playing. As a lifelong gamer I believe that this is the point of gaming. I want to feel rewarded for my efforts and I especially want to have fun to reduce my stress, anxiety and upset in this new world we all find ourselves living. I really like this game so far. I hope it stays that way. Thanks for creating this game!

so far, so good. I started playing yesterday and I haven't lost a level. Game is generous, I hope it stays that way. It matches some other match three games I play in terms of a season pass, events, teams etc but it's good. I HOPE when I'm later in the game that there aren't annoying ads that you have to watch because that would ruin my experience... but the only ads I have seen are at the bottom of the screen when I'm playing levels.
The trick to the game is you have to match whatever you see on the screen, and predict which cards are going to be in the little card decks. And make sure to use up the card decks so you aren't left with unknowns when there are only a few pieces in the center. I'm really good at these types of games, it's relaxing, I'm continuing to play.

This game was quite fun to play to take away the stress of the day. After getting up in levels rather quickly on first attempts you sought to make it more challenging by increasing the number of matches to complete to finish one task. This was a huge mistake. People are trying to escape from the struggle through the games they play. Why would I want to continue playing this game if it reminds me of what I must face on a day to day? You took the fun out of the game by have me complete 7 to 15 times before I can complete one task. Until you tweak your game I am deleting it.

This game is one of those games that is not as advertised. It was advertised as you have to put 3 pieces together to help the victims be happy. But it actually is a 3 card game to where you match 3 cards to complex game. Once you complete a game you gain 1 point. Once you accumulate enough points you go to the scenes to help the victims out of a bad situation. But to completely help the victims you need from 40-45 points. That's 40-45 games you have to play to completely help the victims. This is NOT what I signed up for. Sites shouldn't lie or falsify how a game is just to get people to download it. It only turns them against the game. I'm deleting it.

I like this game except for one thing that's really annoying! I found the more levels I completed the more you upped the amount of rounds I had to finish for each object\task. Example: the first few levels it was 3 games completed for a window, 5 for the fire place,etc. But, after each level I completed it jumped to 9 games for a window, 10 games for a picture, 12 games for a rug! It's to boring like that! Making it where you have to finish so many games makes you say the heck with it!

I feel like this game is pretty basic it’s simple and after a while it becomes boring. You only get one star for every level that you complete and honestly the levels aren’t really hard or it’s nothing that actually prevents a change like maybe only having a certain amount of moves per level or even adding a timer to add more complexity. I feel like you should be able to earn more stars per level vs only earning one like maybe you can ear 1-3 stars based off your performance. Overall it’s cool just not challenging.

My daughter asked me to download this game so I could play with her and join her group. I got to over level 100, over level 200 and still no group option available. I deleted TileFamily and redownload it, did newest updates, and got to over level 200 again and still no group option. I emailed the developer and received no response. Over level 300 now and still no groups, no way to log in and save progress, and no way to play with my daughter. I wish I could give a better review but can’t because the entire game isn’t available to everyone.

I fully understand that ads are a part of the game and I can respect that, but what I can’t seem to understand is why a lot of the ads are for trashy games! This is a very cute game to play for me and my children but the disturbing ads need to be replaced! Adult situation games have no place in games like this. Please change this, put on ads that don’t me uncomfortable when playing with my kids.

The game is a typical match 3 nothing special but the levels differ as far as being challenging. The fun should be in the background story but this is where the game disappoints. No puzzles just play earn starts and click. Story doesn’t even follow the build up. Girl is pushed out of the way great beginning but what do you do … the girl is all of a sudden in a bedroom. They could have taken you on such a great storyline but they let you down.

This game is more than I expected, aside from the missions to help the people, there’s events to keep you invested in the game. There’s not many ads and when there is an ad, most of the time you can skip it! The music is relaxing and the visuals aren’t ugly like a lot of mobile games. It’s pretty fun and I’ll be keeping this game on my phone for some time :D

This game is good, the only issue is that there is only a “Home” button after you finish a level, which is kind of annoying. It would be so much better and easier to get stars if there was a “Next Level” button and the stars can like, stack. This is a good game though other than that!

I’ve yet to find many games like this that are simple and straight to the point

They do what they advertise and are all around interesting so good job on the Devs you guys are amazing

But like other reviewers point out I have an issue with how many levels you have to play to get stars on average as you complete more stories it can be normal to have to finish more than 20-40 levels to get 3 story points

It’s hard to keep up and makes it not even worth the trouble sometimes if there were a upgrading system where you get more stars the more levels you play that would be lovely

I really like this game. I especially love the fact that you can help people. There is one thing, though. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but I thought you should know that I just started the petal event and I am in first place and I just don’t think I should be since I just started it. Just wanted to let you know.

This game is fun and relaxing. After matching the tiles and clearing the board you can save the sad mommies and babies 😊.
I rarely buy games and don’t really mind the ads, but I am going to buy this one just to support the developers.

The game is good. Addictive! I only wish that the people you help be a bit more appreciative. They look sad all the way to the end. They never say thank you. It’s as if whatever you do for them is never good enough. Jump up and down at the end. Say thank you or something!

Was having fun. Completed the various stories last week and was pleasantly surprised that there was a new story -a lady a good truck. Got up 6 levels and all of a sudden I got a new scene with a mother and baby. No idea what happened to the one I was working on. Seems like I need to start over on that scene. No thanks don’t want to start a new one without finishing other. Off to a different game.

My biggest complaint is that for the hard and super hard levels you still only receive one star, which is stupid to me. Logically, more work should bring a greater return. Harder levels should reward us with at least one more star than the regular levels. Makes it not motivating to play. It’s a decent game overall. Too many ads for my taste. Thinking about purchasing the no ad option but don’t want to be scammed and it not work. Saw someone complain in the reviews about inappropriate ads. Haven’t seen an inappropriate ad yet but the day I do I will be deleting this game. I’ve already deleted many others because of that.

This is a very relaxing game…no timers no tricks just match 3 tiles and help people

You cannot go back to previous locations like in other games such as Farm Jam and the stories only come up when you finish one…no way to view them otherwise

My issue and why I only gave 4 stars is if you run out of space in your tile holder you are only given the option to pay coins to undo three tiles…this is frustrating when you earn other helps like a +1 extra slot or a magnet that can let you play on for free

Other games give other options…including Farm Jam which allows you to open a slot rather than starting over or spending anything…and when a winning streak awards bonus prizes it is very frustrating not being given the chance to use them unless it is done the move before you are out of room…after that it is either spend or lose and replay

As others have mentioned, you’ll never be permitted to take first in the cup challenge, and only second place briefly - but not at the end. The game is programmed so that first and second place “players” keep pace with you, but remain out of reach. Why? So you keep playing and watching add. The top “players” will slow or stop playing when you stop playing, and will accelerate whenever you’re making progress. And if this part is rigged, you have to assume the rest is rigged, too: all the challenges and mini-games; controlling when needed tiles appear and what’s hiding under uncovered tiles… bonuses, all of it. Like seeing how a magic trick is done, it has no replay value once you know.

I love match games and this one was good up until about level 150. After that, the game became sluggish, not wanting to load. I’d be set to join in a “race” but I never won because I was still waiting 30-45 seconds later for the game to load. It’s not relaxing or enjoyable at that point. And before anyone says the issue is with my internet, other games I play don’t have that issue. So I’m deleting this game and moving on to something better.

When you win a game, you start to rebuild the rooms, but you place the wrong The values of watch should come first toys and hang giraffes on walls are not priorities when there’s no fire there’s no bad there’s no doors no windows those should be the first things that get replaced and not the last. It’s sad to see the little kid dirty, crying the whole time while you’re replacing the toys first and not giving them food shelter being clean anything else like that?

I like tile matching, i like the helping ppl concept but this is a bit overboard. Does the dev have issues with women and children? Every story is so dang depressing. I drew the line at the two little girls who were being abused by their father and run to an abandoned house, why they are sitting in a broken bathroom I have no clue. Its kind of hard to relax to a matching game with these stories. Its kind of sick that the game is made to be relaxing but the stories are so sad and jacked up. I foujd a different tile game and am deleting this one

I like TileFamily . The game is super great but here is what I hate:
1 star at each level! Comeon guys at least reward us 2 or 3 at hard and super hard levels. It takes for ever to collect enough stars to finish the story
2 I love that there aren't many ads but i hate the fact that it gradually costs more and more stars to change old things to new
You don't want your players to be bored and desperred for more stars

I really enjoy playing this game but I’m also not sure about the not so great videos that I watch on my phone. I think it’s discussing to watch people who have systs and it is shown how it looks and popped . What if children are playing this game and tells their parents. The videos are very gross!!

Fun but, to many ads. Once you get to harder levels, the game is flooded with ads. Updates: Deleted game. You can’t pass super hard levels, without spending your coins, or buying more. They don’t give you hints at all. I’m not going to continue spending lots of money on games that are supposed to be FREE. They should allow five extra moves for free, if you don’t pass a level. Not ask for 900 coins, for extra moves, unless you need more than 5 additional moves. Add hints, and offer more rewards to this game. Make it a little easier, after each failed attempt. There are MANY free games that don’t ask for coins, for 5 additional moves. They ask for coins if you need more than 5 additional moves.

Love this game!! But I’m pretty sure as I progress I’m not going to love it, since only one star is awarded for each game played and this only gets progressively worse as the levels increase. Levels are now taking way too many games to fix each object, with 5-6 objects needing fixing per story. Ridiculous. My solution has been to delete TileFamily . It starts over then, but you get real tired of the same stories. I agree with others who have said to give more stars for harder games and include stars in awards! If you don’t I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s just going to give up.

Don’t publish my reviews as this is the third time writing the same review! Wondering how many more critical reviews have not been published. Game is rigged! Golden cup, bots that are always in first or second place. At this one point bot in second place will stop but the one in first in place will continue on. Have screen shots of how all of a sudden bots 1 and 2 don’t progress anymore but once you start to catch up or even move ahead the bots magically move up 3 or 4 points! Forget ever winning water wars or any other game of you are a high rank. Someone that is level 3000 is competing with a level 50! If you want to improve your game put people that are the same level together! Give more points for higher levels and get rid of the bots! No one is stupid! Also offer more games that is non competitive like the beanstalk game. But then again your developers can’t even come up with stories let alone develop a challenging game with NO BOTS!

I do believe I would love the game but once you’re in the yellow room that’s where the aggression begins. After you think you have put in enough. You wait wait and wait and nothing happens so I put in one at time and still nothing until I have gone over three. This would needs soon explanation on how the game works. Tied of sitting in the yellow room not knowing how many the blasted the wants. After playing the game for quite some time there is another issue I have found to be very annoying. It’s playing up too ten games for whatever the person needs. I am very close to deleting this game because it takes so long to complete one game. Because I find this to annoying I am dropping my five star to three star. If you could make some adjustments I would definitely give you back the five stars.

Its actually the game that’s advertised! Unlike gardenscapes. The game is actually focused on helping the people. They are on the home screen, which makes you want to keep playing (seriously, look at the cold little girls face and close TileFamily !). Ads aren't very annoying. It looks and plays EXACTLY like Royal Match. No exaggeration- exactly. Only annoying when I want to zoom through levels and I have a ton of rewards and extras to sit through. Worst 5 seconds ever 😂

Please please fix the freezing of game but mostly get rid of the knitting game ad !!! Can’t get out of it and when you exit out you lose all progress of the game. I love tile family and play it several hours a day but I am tired of losing credits and progress because of bad ads. Thank you

The super hard levels actually have the majority of the tiles visible, and the rules that every level is beatable without boosts and that it’s always possible to get all of the gold tiles seem to be followed. The free boosts are plentiful. Yes, the game does throw a fair number of ads at you but so far none in the middle of a level.

Also all levels are individual so you aren’t stuck having to beat three in a row just to make progress.

I just started playing today and I love it! It is exactly like it’s add shows. There are a TON of adds though. They start you off by showing no adds but then load ya up. And they aren’t like the normal Royal Match adds either (free shout out to them). They are scandalous adds. My cousin who is 12 say one of the theses scandalous adds and started asked lots and lots of questions. I don’t know if it’s the game or the manufacturer or what. Besides the scandalous adds, pretty good game!

I would even suffer thru the few adds they had, but now it has become unbearable, they just keep popping up and I can’t skip thru them! After every win add to get extra moves add add add I can’t take it! And at such a high level it kills me to do it!! Please please please fix this!! And I will download and play faithfully like I have been! Untill then bye.

I really enjoyed this game! Great levels, challenges, generous rewards, etc! Like some other reviewers said - after a certain amount of levels, things got pretty frustrating. Hard and Super hard levels started popping up, which of course made you use power ups and special skills - all designed to make you purchase more power ups.
Then at a certain level ADs start popping up after every level. Most of the time your choices are: automatic ads *sometimes with the fwd arrows to end it earlier, OR you can choose to watch the full AD for extra coins, OR you can choose Home button which takes you to ADs between levels, there is no longer levels without ads.
There are race and timed challenges that are interrupted with ADs so sometimes it’s impossible to win against people who obviously have paid for no ads… or bots.
A developer response to someone who posted earlier was “we rely on ads , etc… thank you for your understanding.”
Well, so many ads all the time makes it really frustrating to play. I had to delete due to lack of enjoyment because of so many ads that even interrupting gameplay in the middle of puzzles. Please reduce the ads. Thank YOU for your understanding.

Bumper cars head to head event, I have not been against a real player in almost or all matches.

In the time it took me to complete a level very quickly. I noticed I had 10 my opponent had 7. However to get seven that person would have had to player at least played 7 games as you get three points for winning a match the second try and 1 point for the third or more attempt. They animations alone in all those games I would have already beaten the level.

Its a system to gradually scale over time to make it look like you lost or won if you manage to speed through all of your matches without taking a break.

Its designed to make players think they are actually doing better then someone in order to have them more motivated to complete levels quicker and use power ups if needed.

Fix this. Either actual vs real players or just let people know they got a bot and they are against a timer. So the next Playerxxx01 or whatever ‘real’ name your system generates seems actual legit.

This is a perfect game because it has ads, but it only shows the only add shows up when you’re like playing and you asked for an ad it happens. It says you can remove if you want to. It’s very fun and interesting. Take the super hard and watermelon sign on a scale too much. It’s very find a cheesy at the beginning.

So I’ve been playing this game for about a week now and everything was ok for the first day or so. It’s a fun game that kind of scratches the “help this person” itch. The ads are annoying but so are all the ads in other games. That’s whatever. But one of the “ads” that pops up under the match game while you play opens up a tab on my mobile browser to a scam page. It looks a lot like Facebook but it clearly isn’t. It’s one of those “You won a thing! Claim it now!” type scams. You might want to screen your adverts for scams, devs.

I wish I can send a pic what I’m talking about. It’s the puzzle game that has the poles underneath it with tablets on top. When you beat all seven poles what’s left of the tiles is what we share that 10,000 points with. With this particular puzzle moving forward I beat all seven levels. Five tiles popped up but underneath the tiles it says that I’m sharing with 21 people. Where is the 21 people? it shows five tiles which mean I should be getting 2500 points or dollars whatever it is. I spent a lot of money on here so I should get with I win.

I can finish the hard levels , but the regular levels are annoying because it’s hard to figure out where the underlying cards are and when i have remaining unmatched cards left, I have to guess where the matching cards are, causing me to fail. And I refuse to keep purchasing lives over and over to keep playing this game. I might do a one time purchase for unlimited lives, for the right price…

Updated, I am sitting here, out of lives and still refusing to pay over and over again to keep playing this game

I have been enjoying this game for weeks now and I finally had to review it. It is very well balanced. Every hard or difficult level is balanced by easy levels, and there is something unusually satisfying about saving the lives of cartoon people! I can’t explain why it gives me such pleasure. But it is winter in Michigan with -20 windchill outside, and it makes me happy to make these little people warm. This makes me laugh at myself, to be honest.

If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to have the little people look gradually more comfortable. When they are sitting next to a warm fire and still freezing, it annoys me. I do realize this would mean more programming, but it would make the game more enjoyable. (And yes, I do know I’m being silly.)

I really enjoy this game except for one thing. When I make purchases or if I’ve earned the options where you have the claw the magnet and so on, I’m not getting them if I spend $9.99 I expect to receive the items I’ve purchased, which I have not. Airee occasions any helpful icons I’ve earned I might get one. I’ve stopped trying for the golden clovers because I never get those rewards. It shows as if they’re going into my game but when I go to my game they are not there. I enjoy the game and rarely need to use these options but if I spent my money for them, I expect them to be there when I want them. I would like my $9.99 back since I did not receive one of those options outside of the 3000 coins. This is a great game but if you don’t fix this glitch and refund me either my money or those helpful icons as the claw magnet and reverse one, etc. then I’m going to give you another review with a one warning people not to come and play your game.

I never write reviews but I couldn’t let this go by without saying something. The game itself is fantastic. The developers did a great job and there are plenty of opportunities to get help along the way. My complaint is that there was an opportunity to get no ads for $5.99. When I saw the charge on my phone, it was for $7.98. In the first place, I would never pay that much for a game to begin with. In the second place, it is unethical to advertise one price and then charge another. If I didn’t like the game so much, I would delete it and never buy from this company again.

As an update, I have to say that customer support reached out and offered to correct the situation. I updated to a 5 star as a result. Thank you customer support.

I’ve just started playing. So far have thoroughly enjoyed it. I apologize for the following lecture, but I’m hoping the game won’t require MASSIVE purchases to progress as so many games seem to do. Most players expect the levels to get more difficult and on rare occasions require a purchase to advance. Most folks realize developers need in game purchases to stay afloat and earn a decent income but so many times it can go beyond what’s reasonable and fair for the customer. Just crossing my fingers this game doesn’t become too greedy and expensive to play! Congrats for a well developed game!

I couldn’t ask for a more perfect game! It’s all I ever wanted in a puzzle game. I paid the one time $6 (5.99) fee to remove ads and this game for me surpasses all my other puzzle games that are just out to try to get you spend spend spend. I can just play play play and truly relax with this game with tile matching and pin pulling thrown in here and there and you really “save the people” unlike the other false ad games. So far it is five stars and I would so HIGHLY recommend. Thank you so much to the developers of this wonderful gem of a game!

So for one the really hard or super hard levels are mostly impossible to win past the 100th level. Th best way to win them is by using the different power-ups, but you’ll need to use at times multiple to win one game. There also appears to be what I’m assuming is a glitch in the “bumper duels” where you compete with other players. The goal is to win on the first try in order to get the most flags. But twice it’s already told me I didn’t do it on the first try when I did, making it impossible for me to really even have a chance against the other player.

When you run out of space you are given an option to watch an ad to remove 3 tiles to resume the game. This is okay; however, when the ad finishes the game crashes and whatever progress you have made is lost. I have encountered this on the Hard and Super Hard Levels, and I’ve reached about Level 356 by now. This is pretty frustrating especially if you’re participating in the Climbing the Beanstalk Event and you’re near the top, only to have the game crash and when you resume it you’re starting the event all over again as well as losing your winning streak on the level you were playing. Mind you, my iPad has the latest software update and is relatively new. I really do like the game though, and have found that you can play it without spending any money. I don’t mind the ads. Just look into why there are problems with why the game crashes after it plays an ad.

I’ve never written a review for a game before. I have to let people know that you will spend a lot of money on this. You can buy a disc for a game for 40 bucks and play it as many times as you’ like. I’ve spent way more than that on this game. If you don’t buy the packs then you are threatened to lose all your bonuses. This game is so fun but unfortunately the game developers take advantage of a persons internal need to help others. It’s very expensive to progress in the higher levels. The awards appear to be very generous but it also uses a generous amount to move forward and finish the story. You actually receive a lot of helpers but you can use them all up on one difficult tile board that I believe is very intentional so you would pay the money. It takes 900 coins to progress and the next tier of help is 2900 coins. Before you know it you have no coins and they immediately want you to buy an expensive pack for a small amount of help.

That alone should make people jump on this game and get it now. I remember getting stuck on games like.. Candy crush FOREVER unable to beat that level that stresses you out more then anything, and eventually just like the other ones, I ditch those games. Not this game, oh man how I love the people that created this game and legitimately made it a relaxing game! I will play to wind myself down just before bed. Are there hard levels.. sure, do I have to pay money to pass it? Nope. Can I watch an add repeatedly to get past it. Yup. Do I? Sure do! For real though, I’m about to buy the ‘no ads’ deal just to support them. I hope they do good, and I hope that God blessed them financially! This is in my humble opinion the best ACTUAL relaxing game you can get.

I’m not really a person who plays games or downloads game apps. I’ve tried to get into a few of them, but quickly lost interest bc I’m not a gamer. However, I came across this one. I actually like it. It started off so easy then gradually got hard lol. The game over all is addictive and fun, but my only problem is. This game is set up for you to spend money. It’s more expensive then the other games I’ve seen others play and have tried. I don’t like that about the game. Most games have you spend 1 or 2 dollars. They want you spend 7 dollars and higher 🤔. They don’t gave out enough things. It’s designed for your to pay. I tried toon blast. It was fun too, but they had reasonable prices and you got a lot of things to help your pass for free. They barely give you anything. But outside of that I love the game

I really enjoy this game but I don’t seem to be getting matched up with other players who are on the same level as me during the boat race or the bumper dual. As a result, my opponents are getting through their levels much quicker than I am, and they are accruing points much faster because they can pass a level in one try. As a result, I rarely place in the top 3 during the boat race and only on occasion do I beat my opponent in the bumper dual. I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t enter these challenges anymore because it just means the opponents I’m matched up with have a guaranteed win when playing me. That’s just not fun for me.

I really love this game, but as I’ve gotten higher into the stories, you don’t get the characters you’re helping telling their story. It’s like you just play for the stars and when you complete the level, it goes to the next story. I liked it when you could click on the conversation with the characters and they thanked you at the end. The last one who did that was the old lady with the food truck.

Also, will there be a level with the young woman in the snow with the baby and child? That’s what made me download this AP.

I had over 2400 stars. I had over 300,000 coins. I was on the top level, 2600?, and your game glitched on me. Not only did it not give me ads to watch to get more coins, but would only give me 15 coins per game. Also, it stopped tallying my wins correctly, so I wasn’t able to progress in 2 categories there. You ran out of stories to give me so I would wait for days for just two of those and then I’m waiting for more days for who knows when another story is gonna come up. Just so I can progress there to get more helps. So I had to uninstall TileFamily and reinstall it and in doing so I lost everything. Have to start from scratch and not very happy about it. Not sure I’m really gonna do it hence the one star. I would actually give it zero stars because you don’t have any helpline or avenue to reach out to. No customer support whatsoever!
How do you had a little bit of help or customer service I may not have lost everything I worked so hard for.

I’ve lost all of my progress after having to uninstall and reinstall TileFamily. My paid ad removal is gone with no option to restore purchases or progress made, despite being linked and logged in instantly when restarting TileFamily . Honestly, I lost nearly 2000 level worth of progress and not sure I’m interested in trying again just to deal with the possibility of losing progress again when TileFamily updates next time.
It’s a shame because it is a fun game. I routinely made purchases and played daily. An unfortunate and poorly done “fix” caused me to lose interest or desire to play again.
Hopefully this gets resolved before more users lose their progress and enthusiasm.

I’ve been playing these games for a while now. they are cute colorful awesome, but the one thing that I really truly hate about these games is that they expect you to pay for something that you shouldn’t have to pay for such as the piggy bank ordeal I really hate that! I understand that in order to keep these games available for free that people must be charged for the things in game. He in the term in purchase, but why does it always have to be something? That’s a necessity to the game such as needing a bigger bank and having to buy it to get one? Other than that it’s OK! This game makes me feel like a hero!
