Lucktastic Match: Earn Cash Reviews

I am just about fed up with this company and app. I was really excited to use this and was more excited when I actually got my 10$ Dunkin’ card. Well let me tell you their support is atrocious. I have like 3 pending support emails that are unanswered from the last like 3 weeks. I downloaded all their “partner apps” for bonus points but was never credited the bonus points for 4 of them. I am at the end of my rope with this even though I really wanted to like this. The last straw though was when I go to redeem my second gift card...any one of them...it says “these gift cards are in limited, please download 6 of our partner apps to get priority access”. So now have I not only NOT gotten the points for 4 of the 6 or 7 partner apps that I downloaded but also now I am unable to redeem any gift cards anymore because the are “limited supply”! I can understand having this caveat before redeeming more gift cards but maybe make sure you credit system for the partner app download and use is actually working so people can get credit for what YOU’RE getting paid for! After all that’s the whole point of LucktasticMatch. You get paid by these partner companies and ads and you pass along some of the money to us for gift cards. The whole system breaks down though when you make it impossible to redeem for a gift card. Please fix this ASAP!!!

If you’re lucky you might get a $5 gift card from them. From that point on, their gift cards all make it seem like they’re temporarily out of stock. And to check back daily because they restock them often. Bull!!! They’re never available ever. So while they’re making money on the ads you watch your wasting your time on nothing. I’ve had points for a $50 gift card for three months now. Contacted them, said to uninstall and reinstall and this should fix the problem. Nope, they then sent me an email stating that if I did t respond in 24 hours they would consider the matter settled. Which it was not, so I responded that it was not settled and to just send me the gift card directly instead of giving me dead end fixes. No response. I then emailed them telling them they had 24 hours to respond before I reported them to the BBB (which btw has 1000’s of complaints against them for no payout of cash or gift cards earned or won) with no response. They emailed me a month later asking if the matter was settled. I responded again it was not and asked they just send me the gift card. Still nothing. So LucktasticMatch is a joke and Apple should take it down. Crap crap crap app

It is a good game fun and enjoyable. I like it over some of the other games do to the speed and process of being able to earn points. Everyone downloads these games for the sole purpose of earning gift cards. So the faster you can earn those gift cards the more people are going to like your game. The biggest downfall I’ve noticed so far was the explorer version gives you more accuse to stuff seems like the ones who downloaded LucktasticMatch would get more.... Well hopefully you can fix that soon so this one gets 4 out 5 for me. I’m going to keep it around for awhile and see if I can stack up those most important gift cards and hopefully some game upgrades along the way.

I’ve written a couple of reviews about LucktasticMatch, while it’s a great time passer, it’s still a HUGE disappointment in my opinion. You never win anything. Their support is down right ridiculous. The first time I had LucktasticMatch it froze up on big money cards and support told me “happy scratching”. It continued to freeze up on ALL the big money cards so I sent yet another email into support and was told to make sure my app was up to date, which it was. What IF those big money cards happened to be a winner for me, I’ll never know, so I deleted it. I reinstalled it a few months ago hoping it would be better and now I still have issues. The “secret email” passwords rarely ever work. I get a red message on the screen that tells me to check my email for the correct password of the day. I do enter the correct password, they just don’t work half the time. I haven’t even bothered to email tech support. All they’re gonna say is “happy scratching” or “make sure app is up to date”.

For the scratch carts with the tokens there are many that I have never won anything on for example the one that you can win 2000 tokens and more of the higher token cards. I have been looking to try to get a full understanding of what the purpose of the tokens are and I cannot select anything on the site that will give me that information. Then where it has other play or I can select and scratch more car where you can rent cash all I ever get either five or the 10 tokens. Never have I won any of the cash prices. Of course it puts it where I have two matches but never three to win any of the cash prices. I’ve been trying to see how do I know if I’m logged in or not and I’ve sent communication about this a few times. I have not gotten a response I do my email or through LucktasticMatch . Clearer communication would be very helpful as to the tokens and cards and cash play cards.

It’s free and it could take your mind off something stressful while you are tapping stuff on the screen and “scratching” lottery cards. It’s impossible to say if you ever win any money. You can win tokens. Redeeming tokens for cash or gift cards hasn’t happened for me yet. You can “scratch” lottery cards to win either tokens or cash, and none of the cash ones were ever the winning ones for me. Gift cards take a certain amount of tokens, but when I tried that, every gift card was “out of stock.” Then there are some lottery cards that launch your web browser when you tap them. Things don’t seem to work in the browser most of the time for me, so I am not sure what that’s all about. I guess the developers have work to do. In the end, I’d say it’s just a mindless stress reliever that gets old very quickly, but that might be ok considering it’s free. I wouldn’t expect anything else out of it.

I’ve followed LucktasticMatch for a long time now and have to say I’m rather disappointed.

First, the only cash instant wins is on the website which should be better disclosed but most eventually figure that out. The problem with that is either is something is broken on their side, or there is some incompatibility with iPhone XR plus my current iOS version. I’ve reported this twice now. The popup says I’ll be contacted within 24 hours. Nope. Therefore, I’m completely locked out of the main point of LucktasticMatch ...

Second, there is a push to earn VIP status which takes forever unless you are super lucky or dive into all the partner offers. Fine I guess. What they don’t disclose is when you hit VIP to get the other couple of instant win chances (which I never once won, even the tokens), and then spend your points... no more VIP status. So they bait you into taking months to earn points, then punish you from using them?

So the original app was just Lucktastic, I’ve had it for probably 5yrs. They’ve recently switched it to LucktasticMatch, exact same lay out and concept. I’ve cashed out before with no problems. It did take a week to get my rewards but that’s no big deal! I recently tried to cash out after saving up my tokens for a long time to get the $100 gift card. Usually I do $25. When I went to cash out I got a message that said I had to download 41 of their sponsored apps to get priority because there are so few gift cards. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE 41! Which is also a ridiculous amount to ask for! So I thought maybe since it’s such a high dollar amount that’s why. WRONG! Even the $5 gift cards are that way! When u download a sponsored app it doesn’t register anyway. It’s become a huge waste of time when it used to be a decent app... extremely disappointed in what’s become of LucktasticMatch and hope it’s fixed or shut down very quickly..

I used to play LucktasticMatch every day for probably 2or 3 years, and have won multiple top prizes. Never any actual cash but from coins. I could be wrong but I believe u used to get a small reward from every card win or lose basically just for playing. I just downloaded today and they no longer have my account. Not a big deal but then when I played all of the daily cards I won a total of 1500 coins from one card only. It’s like they don’t want u to win any thing. I will still give a good star but LucktasticMatch used to be so much better!

I’ve had issues with receiving the bonus emails. They did fix it the first time. Then when that email was compromised, I changed my email and then the same issue followed. I’m trying to send them an email like before, and all I’m getting is an error. I’ve been dealing with it for over a month now, and I’m still waiting for some kind of response after I sent them a direct email instead of a technical issue ticket, since that’s not working. Granted, the bonus emails aren’t such a big deal, but if you’re spending your time and energy with LucktasticMatch, you want to get everything you can out of it, especially since you don’t win that many tokens on a daily basis. Sigh. To have this many problems, I’m just going to delete it. It’s fun and great if you can get everything to work and if you don’t need to contact them.

This has good ratings & reviews but where’s all the money and prizes? I’ve been playing nonstop since I installed it and It’s more tokens than anything and to redeem any takes like MILLIONS of tokens and I don’t like how these apps want you to sign in using Facebook: #1 I don’t use Facebook - don’t care to socialize and put my business out there to be monitored . #2 If I am playing games I don’t want anyone to be able to see that I am....obviously don’t want to “catch up” so I don’t link Facebook with LucktasticMatch. Oh and if you offer money prizes make it worth it I won $1.85 somehow but can’t win any real money because I won’t allow the Facebook monitoring of my personal time or actions. Offer real cash prizes and cut the “Big Brother” crap!

LucktasticMatch itself is decent, but recently they’ve begun showing advertisements before loading EVERY SCRATCH OFF and each ad is at least a minute long. Insult to injury, there is no way to bypass these ads. You have to watch them straight through before you can play the scratch offs and they KILL your battery. I started playing Lucktastic Match this morning with a full charge. By the time I was finished, my battery was at 25%. I completely understand that advertising is necessary. But, to do so to this extent is completely obnoxious and excessive. If they are going to make users watch these long ads, I feel like the developers should at least let you win more often. Something needs to give as far as these ads are concerned.

I’ve been playing this for over a year now and in the past have never had any issues and redeeming tokens for gift cards but this time around it either will say they are not available you don’t have enough tokens or now that you do have enough tokens you have to download 34 apps from partners I’ve done that it has brought that total from 34 down to nine that I need to get I’ve done that as well but still no way to redeem the gift card I have sent six emails and then posted questions other ways direct messages but still no response it always says it will respond in 24 hours and to this date no one ever has just one ever has yet. No issues until now with this issue.

Tried email to support, seem like the Lucktastic not get to open the email. Safari said error even through the same with tokens won’t open, said must use safari. I’m on safari. Looks like they got a lot of buggies, rarely update. Gift cards taking a long time to get tokens and download an app to earn but looks like they didn’t get it. Used to get a gift card within 6 months but now I can’t get a gift card must follow to earn download app and token. I’m over 800,000 tokens. Seem like taking forever so now over one year and a half, still not get my app count down, very slowly. Once I get a gift card then I will close and deleted Lucktastic, not worth it. Sorry to said that. I used to love ur game but poor communication and trying to get fixed by error safari and countless app I downloaded many times. Wasting my time!!

I have been playing for over a year and earned a $50 gift card in February ( which I did get )
I now have enough to get another $50 gift card and when I try to redeem my gift card it says I have to download 22 apps in order to get my gift card It doesn’t even say what apps to download it just gives the error message and says they’re out of gift cards. there is no information on the website that explains why this is changed and what to do. I have tried multiple times to reach tech-support and no one answers my emails. If they write me back and clarify what these new rules are I might give this more than one star. If they are going to start requiring downloading a ton of apps in addition to watching there many many commercials, I will tell everyone I know to stop playing it is now starting to become sketchy.
