I was really enjoying this game until the last few days, when my phone literally beeped, very loudly, as if an emergency broadcast were coming through. Then a pop up would appear at the bottom of the screen telling me my McAfee was expiring. I don’t have mcafee installed on my device, or any device I own for that matter. After the second time it happened I was properly freaked out so I uninstalled the app. This only occurred when I was playing this game; it didn’t happen in other games, online; etc. Since uninstalling it hasn’t happened at all.

I redownloaded the game to see what would happen and all of my progress was completely wiped. My coins, story progress, rewards, all of it. Within 5 minutes I got the beeping and pop up again. I’m bummed. I really enjoy this game. I wanted to send a message to the developers through the app to explain what’s going on, but found no contact info, or information to send a trouble ticket.

I had over 2400 stars. I had over 300,000 coins. I was on the top level, 2600?, and your game glitched on me. Not only did it not give me ads to watch to get more coins, but would only give me 15 coins per game. Also, it stopped tallying my wins correctly, so I wasn’t able to progress in 2 categories there. You ran out of stories to give me so I would wait for days for just two of those and then I’m waiting for more days for who knows when another story is gonna come up. Just so I can progress there to get more helps. So I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it and in doing so I lost everything. Have to start from scratch and not very happy about it. Not sure I’m really gonna do it hence the one star. I would actually give it zero stars because you don’t have any helpline or avenue to reach out to. No customer support whatsoever!
How do you had a little bit of help or customer service I may not have lost everything I worked so hard for.

I’ll start off by saying that the tile puzzles themselves are very fun and play just like the ads show. Unfortunately, this app uses a lot of domestic abuse and child endangerment as storytelling devices, which honestly seems counterintuitive to its relaxing and puzzling gameplay. By commodifying sensitive topics such as these, developers run the risk of desensitizing young players to topics of abandonment and abuse which in the long run can impact their ability to identify real life red flags or might prevent them from speaking up if they’ve grown to believe this is normalized behavior.

A much lighter and smaller con is that after you finish a level, the animations for the rewards you receive for finishing a level take long enough that it’s annoying to sit and wait for them to finish so you can start the next level. It would be better if there were an option to move straight into the next level.

Im not sure yet if I’ll keep playing. There are the makings of a decent game here with fun, bright graphics that are weighed down by inappropriately dark stories.
