Terrible app—takes more than 30sec JUST TO LOAD! Doesn’t send notifications even when they’re enabled in the app settings & iPhone settings. Raffles for anything hyped are 100% rigged. You won’t win. I’ve won 1 raffle in 2yrs for some non-hyped shoes which took over a month to be delivered—in a beat-up box. Reached out to customer service thru the app & on Twitter more than a dozen times. Did not hear a single thing back from them—NOTHING. The team is either way in over their head, completely incompetent, or a bunch of scammers. They have extremely low inventory (if any, to be honest—more on that below) of lousy, overpriced merch. I suspect they’re actually just flippers doing everything ad-hoc & that releases & raffles are just them selling whatever they’re able to cop w/ bots from legit sites/drops. This is why I suspect it took over a month to get my shoes—they likely sold more than they were able to cop w/ bots during the drop & had to procure them elsewhere. This also explains the numerous complaints of them canceling paid orders—like if they sold 500 pairs, but were only able to cop 400. This is purely speculation, but it would explain why SNS operates like a third-rate, bottom-of-the-barrel “retailer”.

Giving this app a one star until they can’t fix these technical issues I’m having. I have been trying for a week now to get a verification text sent to me so that I can use the app as intended. Right now, the app has been able to verify my payment method and billing address but for some reason they won’t send me a verification text for my phone number. I’ve tweeted then and haven’t heard anything back. I made sure to enter a ‘1’ before my phone number and that isn’t fixing anything. I ever created an account for my wife and her phone number wasn’t sent a verification text either. Not sure what to do to fix this so hopefully someone at SNS will read this and can throw me a bone. I’m about to miss out on this raffle opportunity for these shoes I’ve been eyeing for a minute. Please SNS, help a playa out with this technical issue!

I use to at least win raffles on the regular web store app, now I haven’t even won any raffles. Even on the Yeezy I did not hit. Even then the Yeezy did not sell and were still on their regular web store, so I did not buy it. So I guess the people who’s name were drawn did not purchase their pairs. You have no way of deleting all the raffles your name was not drawn for, so when you go in the app you are constantly reminded of all the loosing draw your name was not drawn for. Now when I don’t win a raffle I don’t even go on the regular website to purchase any left over sneakers because it is not in my size. I have been taking nothing but “L’s” ever since you have to enter the raffles on the app. It’s like why bother!
