2 years agoMy crystal Python skin Louboutin’s that I sold on eBay were sent back to me as counterfeit with no explanation as to why they came to that conclusion. I’m a moderator/authenticator for the largest Louboutin online community around. The pair in question is absolutely authentic, they obviously have idiots working there who don’t specialize in designer sneakers.

2 years agoI ordered sneakers over a week ago they gave me tracking info for the sneakers to get shipped to them in elmhurst to authenticate then never heard again from them for my tracking info and when they will ship them to me !!! Tried emailing and nothing . I’m ready to go knock on the door of the address I found . This is ridiculous

3 years agoThere's no customer service number to contact anyone only by email and no one has contacted me back and its been a week, no answers you on their Instagram. I will NEVER order from them and I spent $345 and never received my shoes!!! Shame on them or taking people's hard earned money!!!
