I brought a new phone and try to restore the purchase and it would not work. I have also emailed ChatGetAI provider and still no response after 3 emails.
I have a ChatGPT account which I pay for monthly. Seems like the developers rush this out of the gate to be “cool“ on the Vision Pro.
I installed it. It wanted me to immediately buy a “Pro“ version. There is no support or way to input your ChatGPT account.
As of now, you can access the pro features that you’ve paid for. I’m wondering if this is by a third-party developer, and not through ChatGPT directly.
When you install ChatGetAI , there is a option for a special version which is a round orb, that you tapand use your voice. Cool feature… But… Once you tap that or if there is no way to get out of that feature and back to the normal screen.
There’s no instructions or preferences screen once you’re in that orb.
Then ChatGetAI started crashing. So I reset my Vision Pro when I opened up ChatGetAI the special feature was still there.
Then I deleted ChatGetAI , and again restarted my Vision Pro.
I reinstalled ChatGetAI , and I was stuck in that same mode. Now this time, it was totally unresponsive I would use the web version of ChatGPT until the developer addresses these issues.
The potential is that it’s just not working… Sorry I missed the developer for the bad review but it’s what I’m experiencing
Please be cautious, ChatGetAI is not developed by OpenAI. After using it three times, it may become unusable. Purchasing it could result in permanent loss of access.
I can’t get the program to even work or a waste of my time.
This AI is dumb, repetitive and highly biased.
If you ask ChatGetAI , what today’s date is, it returns a date that’s over three years old. Yesterday it said it was November 29, 2021. This morning when I asked ChatGetAI what today’s date was, it said October 14, 2021. what else is in accurate? I’ve requested a refund. I still have not heard back as yet.

The microphone keeps popping up when I open ChatGetAI , but I can’t figure out how to get the main menu back up to type promos.
One thing I really want ChatGetAI improve is the speaking AI assistant, but all other things in ChatGetAI is absolutely amazing total love ChatGetAI
