When you pick up a chat using the this app application, you cannot see what you are typing. It’s possible this may be an issue with the latest update of iOS or PureChat itself. However this has made it really tough to use this application. I’m currently using an iPhone 6 when using PureChat.
From testing there is still a delay on receiving chat notifications vs PC. With the complications of even being able to see what you are typing to a customer makes it really tough to recommend this.
I would only recommend this if only conducting business on PC.

I really tried liking PureChat. I’ve missed my visitors multiple times because: 1. PureChat was late to notify me, 2. did not notify my at all, 3. notified me only after idling. A usual occurrence is a 2-3 min late notification, after a chat has been initiated and for someone browsing on a website that’s a very long time to wait for an answer.
Maybe upgrading it to a paid version would fix the bug but at this moment I can not afford it as a small, starting business owner. Too bad because it’s a very easy to navigate.

I love the look on my website, and their customer service is amazing. I have issues with PureChat not always opening immediately or glitching when I try to type. It’s really frustrating trying to explain to potential customers via emails that are rarely opened. It works well enough that I will continue using it, but I do wish PureChat was less glitchy.

Not the smoothest transition between apps while in a conversation with a client.
I really don't like that when you get a message in a notification it doesn't show up in your conversation. So if you were researching something when they responded and have to open PureChat again you don't see that message.
Other than those two small things it's pretty effective.

I was using another chat app and it was very complicated to set up and use. This is simple and easy to customize and set up. Very pleased with the design and ease of use. Good job guys!!

So far, so good. Had a different chat and Was losing money due to not being alerted of incoming chats. This one even emails you when you miss a chat. Perfect

App doesn’t work at all. There seems to be some bug or problem because whenever I attempt to respond after receiving the notification it tells me unable to load chat or log into your account. I missed four potential clients already. Not good for any business or plan.
