How to fix AMI Music app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AMI Music app on iPhone
Update AMI Music app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AMI Music iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AMI Music on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AMI Music network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix AMI Music not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AMI Music App
1. On android, goto Settings » AMI Music » click [Force Stop]

Update AMI Music to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AMI Music App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AMI Music » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AMI Music.

Fix AMI Music unable to contact server/ AMI Music internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AMI Music » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AMI Music » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
