The app shows no locations and the last jukebox I was at had only songs limited to ones played previously. As it was not connecting to AMI

When trying to open up it goes blank with just AMI logo. Doesn’t load and I have money saved in account. I’m also worried that this may mean my bank info is accessible outside of my personal access.
