NovantHealth has great intentions but it does’t deliver the way it’s supposed too deliver.
I read the other review saying NovantHealth was good until it quit on her as it did the same to me. How do we report this except posting a negative review about it.
I believe these company’s hire people to develop an app but don’t maintain the service of it. It leaves the customer left without a resource in communicating with their doctors.
What is the purpose of a app if it’s non-functional? Then Novant should direct everyone to use a standard computer rather than pointing them to this useless app!!!

NovantHealth keeps telling me to update in order to proceed, but there is no update available. I tried to delete and reinstall, but that didn’t help either. I then tried to send feedback in the “App Feedback” section, but the prompts would not take my full email address, as there seems to be a limit on characters. Without a valid email address, one cannot submit feedback. So NovantHealth is no longer working, and will not accept feedback internally, which, combined, merits a subpar review.

App no longer works unless you download the update...which doesn’t exist. I used to use NovantHealth all the time. Super helpful tracking my and my family’s appointments as well as billing and all of that. Now, when I try to access the site, a prompt appears saying I need to install the latest edition...which again, doesn’t exist. There is no update available. And not sure why or where the prompt is originating from. It’s been like this for the last two months. Hopefully the developers can fix the issue as I really enjoyed using NovantHealth.

I loved NovantHealth . I used it ALL the time during my pregnancy. It made keeping track of my appointments so easy and it was so nice to have the messaging component so I didn’t have to call with my crazy concerns. Then after my son was born it was so easy to pay my bills and have his chart right there.
Now, however, it won’t let me log in! It keeps saying there is an updated version but there is so update!! It’s so annoying. Please fix this!!

Easy to navigate. Makes communication with your provider very simple. My only issue with it so far is that I’m unable to see my own profile. I manage not only mine but also my daughters chart and for some reason upon downloading and logging in it linked me to hers directly instead of my own. I’m unable to interchange between the two so that is a major flaw but other than that it’s good. If you are only trying to view your chart then it is a great app.

NovantHealth was pretty perfect. I’m pregnant so it helped me stay on top of my appointments, test results and feedback from the doctors. A few weeks into using it, and I can no longer login. It says that there is a newer version but there are no updates on NovantHealth. I’ve even deleted NovantHealth and added it back and still nothing. I’d be happy if we can get it up and running again, at least until March 3rd haha.

I’ve been using NovantHealth for a very long time. Many times it would crash on me and what not. But lately it prompts me to update NovantHealth but as I go to the store, there is no update. I give it two starts just because it used to work and it was a good app to email all your doctors, see the prescriptions and lab test results. But woooooww. Now it’s unusable, literally. Fix the problem and I’ll change my review.

App was very convenient to use and easy to use until it stopped working on me. App keeps telling me to update version to proceed using it but there is no update available. It would be very helpful if this gets fixed ASAP. I would use NovantHealth almost every day since I have been having my prenatal and postpartum visits. I would check on my results here and messages and appointments.

NovantHealth was great until it would no longer let me log in! I’ve tried to delete and reinstall, turn my phone off and back on, search through app updates and nothing. Every time I try to login it tells me to “update NovantHealth ” but there is no update to be found. Very frustrating seeing is how I’m newly pregnant and have been relying on my app for lab results and communication with my OBGYN.

Great app until I was prompted to upgrade when I try to login the problem is there is no upgrade available . There is no way to report this in app feedback because typing doesn’t work in the name and email fields . So unfortunately no Novant app for me at this time or actually since last month

So NovantHealth has been great until it stopped working with no warning.
I have just found out you have to get the new MyChart App. It’s the one with the white heart in the center of the red folder. Hope this helps someone.

When you try to login to MyChart, it tells you NovantHealth needs to be updated, but there’s no way to do so. I tried submitting feedback through their in-app submission form, but the email line only allows 10 characters. I think very few people would have email addresses with 10 characters or less. NovantHealth is completely non-functional, and it looks like it hasn’t been updated in 8 months. Don’t download.

NovantHealth always seems broken. This time around it keeps saying there is a newer version of NovantHealth available but I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same error. The “app feedback” is also broken, you can’t enter an email address or phone number into the form. This is exactly what I would expect from Novant, a second rate app, with second rate healthcare.

NovantHealth used to be great until about a month or two ago when it stopped working. Same as the other recent reviews, when I try to sign in it tells me I need to update NovantHealth to the newest version but I haven’t seen an option to update in NovantHealth Store. Hopefully this will get fixed soon as this WAS a useful app.

NovantHealth would be great if I could pay my bill. Everytime I go to pay, I fill out the form and then at the end it only offers “cancel” and “back” options, no “submit” button. Ridiculously bad UX if Novant wants to collect payments!
