How to fix Reverb app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Reverb app on iPhone
Update Reverb app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Reverb iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Reverb on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Reverb network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Reverb Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Reverb not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Reverb App
1. On android, goto Settings » Reverb » click [Force Stop]

Update Reverb to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Reverb App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Reverb » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Reverb.

Fix Reverb unable to contact server/ Reverb internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Reverb » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Reverb » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Reverb
