A simple, convenient and secure way for a delivery driver to download assigned invoices for delivery for a dispatch created within eDelivery. As each delivery is made, the customer signs with their finger or a stylus, or types their name, or both, to accept the delivery from the driver. The captured signature is uploaded and attached to the invoice within eOffice. New Signature Screen with options to sign only, type name only, or both. Within eOffice, the signature can be viewed, printed or emailed. With the eDelivery app, you can forget about the hassles of forgetting the invoice when delivering parts, or losing the signed copy of the invoice upon returning.
