We had a little get together for my sons birthday. We had drinks and appetizers. Everything was wonderful. No long wait. The Hatch green sauce was a lil bit too hot for my husband but he loved it. No place has better Nachos the Fuzzy’s. My favorite place to get a frozen sangria!!! OMG. The best I have found since Ruby Tequila’s left. Definitely our meeting place. We will always get the taco meat nachos and frozen sangria! Doesn’t get any better than this!! 👍🌮🍹

I went to Fuzzy’s On Saturday and had my receipts to scan after we received our food. I scanned one receipt and it gave me credit. However, the other two receipts required that I waited 4 hours before I could scan my additional receipts. After waiting over six hours I try to scan my additional receipts with the same error message. The next morning I tried to scan the receipts within the three day window and still received an error message regarding the four hours between scans. I have sent three emails to Tech Support to no avail. I went to their website and clicked on contact us to let them know the problem. I have never heard back from using that method either. It would appear that Fuzzy’s no longer supports their app or the customers. It’s a shame.

I like fuzzies but FuzzysTacoShop is just horrible, I’ve tried to use rewards points or rewards specials twice and both times it doesn’t tell you that redeeming the thing has to be done in person in front of the staff in order to redeem it and it expires in less than 10 minutes. The most recent buy one taco get one free on taco rewards day said you could even use it online so I hit it and there was no way to do it at least none that I could figure out and I can’t make it down to fuzzies in nine minutes and 30 seconds. It’s just a terrible terrible app and it’s turning me away from even using FuzzysTacoShop which is one of the big badges to going to fuzzies because you can skip the line.

In the previous system, you simply received $10 for every $100 spent. If your order was $6.50, you kept the $3.50 balance and could use it later. Well worth it and kept me at Fuzzys over other options. Points system inflates price equivalent and locks in product options. You cannot take $3.50 off your bill, you have to take the entire 1250 points or nothing. My regular order is the brisket nachos—highly recommend. Retail is 7.99. But it takes 1250 points. In old system, I can get free nachos with rewards to spare after $100 spent. New system, I use all my rewards AND spent 25% more to get them. Bad “upgrade”. 5 stars to return to old system.

FuzzysTacoShop tells me to update and takes me to FuzzysTacoShop store which just offers to open FuzzysTacoShop which sends me right back to the update screen in FuzzysTacoShop . I think it is wanting me to update my IOS so it can update FuzzysTacoShop . I looked for a contact developer link but found nothing, hence the 3 star review as my only way to let FuzzysTacoShop developer know that I shouldn’t have to update my IOS to use there app. The old version should be made to work with previous IOS versions even if it means the user doesn’t get the new bells and whistles.

Go ahead try to order on it. You can’t pay. You get awesome offers (order thru FuzzysTacoShop and get double points) but you can’t order. Even at 2pm weekdays if you can get to an order slot (when they are not too. Yay) you can’t pay for your order and still have to go order onsite. Talked to a manager a month ago and was told they were working on it. No updates. The food is good, but if you can’t put out an app that works, just don’t!

We love the food, like the prices, but this Fuzzys will not survive at this intersection. They like to give the appearance of closing early and this will cost them their business. Any time we show up after 8pm (supposed to be open until 11) the stools are up on the tables, the lights are dimmed and the tea/lemons have all been emptied. There was one night we showed up at 9pm, all stools up, most lights off, TVs and music off, neon sign off, nobody at the front. You’d never know it was open if you didn’t open the unlocked front door. This is a standard for this location. They clearly don’t want to be here and soon they won’t be.

I really do not like the updated app. I had problems logging in once it updated and during that timeframe, I collected my receipts to scan. Once I was able to log on, I tried to scan the receipts and it said something to the effect "Sorry, the receipt is too old" I just thought it was a glitch. I recently went to fuzzys on a Friday, didn't get to scanning the receipt until Tuesday and it said the same thing. I now see at the bottom of the receipt it has to be scanned within 3 days to count. I have almost 150 points that are not valid. Super frustrating!

I tried to use it to order food while in fuzzy’s parking lot and when it got to the payment option it couldn’t complete because I added a tip. So I removed the tip which removed my credit card info. So I decided to just choose pay when I pick up. Nope, when I clicked that option it said cash not accepted. So I just went to Taco Bell instead. Not as good, but I was eating in less time than I fought FuzzysTacoShop.

When I got home I decided to get FuzzysTacoShop all set up for next time. I tried to change my birthday and nope, it rolls back to today’s date when I tried. Uninstalled, not going to bother any more.

The Alliance location never fails to deliver the amazing food that we love. We have a couple of locations that are closer to home but they can’t compete with the quality of the food that the Alliance location always has. The food is always fresh, hot and is exactly as we’ve ordered our food! Worth the drive.

I loved this placed and loved the rewards when it was just “Fuzzy’s cash back”. But now it’s kind of ridiculous and the rewards are far less than they used to be. Not only that, I can only redeem 1 “award” per visit!!!!! Crazy.

And that’s not even considering the fact that if the location you’re at is “having network issues” and the barcode you scan has 999.....X under it, you can’t redeem your purchase as a reward!

Overall, terrible and will stop going purely because they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Had a two Baja tacos reward from taking a Fuzzy’s survey. It was in my app and once the reward was opened, you had ten minutes(it showed a countdown timer) to scan the reward. Went in, opened it up, and their scanner wasn’t working. So I had a reward that would expire in 10 minutes, and they wouldn’t honor the reward and give me free tacos. I was even already buying something else! Felt like my request was a reasonable one since there wasn’t any way for me to use that reward over and over at other stores.

Why are you taking the $10 discount off FuzzysTacoShop and replacing it with “my favorite menu items?” You don’t know what my favorite menu items are. I’ll probably end up with a bunch of chips and queso offers that I won’t use. So I’ll
Probably delete FuzzysTacoShop or just go to Hooters where they still have $10 off.

Great place with a fun environment. My complaint is the ordering process, today I had to wait in line 15 minutes just to order and there were only 6 customers ahead of us. The two cashiers would just walk away, or take a long time to make drinks. It was a frustrating process waiting in line. Food is great, just please make the ordering process easier, and don’t have cashiers walk away while there are customers in line, waiting!

Like it says on the door…this is my new addiction lol! I go to the Temple Terrace location, always laid back always great service! Me. Lady with the green hair is always giving life lol she’s a sweet heart and so is everyone else! Food is absolutely amazing and my fav margarita is the study break 😋😋😋 I literally eat everything here lol

I wish there wasn’t a time limit that tells you how long you have before you can redeem the reward. I almost lost my points that I earned up. Thats pretty messed up because then you could lose both money and points because of their point system. Other restaurants don’t have a timer.

Fuzzy’s is an awesome place to eat! My wife and I always get queso when we go. I decide to pickup, I live 5 miles from the Bryant I location. I pick up food, get home, sit down to eat (no Queso) got the chips but no queso. I make the 10 mile round trip back home with the queso. Taco’s were good, my wife’s chicken salad contained mostly the bottom of iceberg lettuce (the white part).

I love, love, love Fuzzy’s and have ordered there many times over the last few months, but I feel bad because for some reason FuzzysTacoShop won’t let you tip. For some reason it errors when you go to pay acting like it’s a split payment. Thankfully tonight I asked the girl if they could accept a cash tip and they could. I really want to give back to them for all their hard work during this time.

What happened to the gladiolus store? What rude NEW employees from the colonial store! It was a homey, FRIENDLY atmosphere with happy employees. There is a new LAZY new African American girl that literally said who cares about cleaning the drink and silverware area! Then there was a younger white gal sitting playing on her phone doing nothing. The only 2 doing anything were 2 of the old employees who are being told to look for other jobs. I will no longer be going there. Terrible mistake management has made. I know MANY regulars who are done with that place. Sad.

We just had the best experience at the bar in the Frisco, Texas location. Cindy is an absolute people person. Being a person who was a bartender for 23 years, I will say that was the best Bloody Mary I have ever had!!! Cindy you rock!! Can’t wait to come see you again!!! Misty & Robb

Wanted to substitute a spicy sauce for the house garlic sauce that they put on pretty much everything. Was told it would cost 75 cents to take off the spicy sauce and put the garlic sauce on my California Heat taco. Ridiculous. I eat at Fuzzy’s weekly (if not more) because it is about a hundred yards from my house and is convenient. Food and service is inconsistent. Depends on who is working. Take out orders are correct about 50% of the time.

I don't use FuzzysTacoShop for a menu, but it would be nice to have one I think. I love the food and used all of my previous rewards before the update. I'm curious what had changed with the rewards. I suppose I'll find out at 100 points.

FuzzysTacoShop is great. My only complaint is that you can’t order all meat options for certain items so I don’t have the option to order from FuzzysTacoShop and always have to come in and order at the counter.
