I miss the old app. If you need a refill they’re good about it. But they’re going to say that you have Covid if you have anything related to a cold. The wait time is a little longer than it should be but it’s not bad. One of the doctors used family history and then created the diagnoses off of family history without looking into anything else. Having doctors in the family I know that you never look at family history first you look at symptomology pain threshold and other factors then you look at family history and then you run tests if applicable. The doctors just jump around and try to find a quick answer. I’ve use other telemedicine apps and I’ve had much better success. This one I’m a bit concerned about because there’s only two or three doctors that can help you out and they do their best but in the purview of their diagnoses and prognoses they are usually vague or blame it on Covid. The reason for the three star review is that they do try and they’re very polite but their approach to Madison doesn’t follow standard medical procedure on diagnosing based off of symptomology, past history, and pain tolerance. CuraiHealth is good for a quick chat to find out a better direction on what’s going on with you but it’s not a good app to get a clear and full diagnosis related to anything. Dr. On Dr. app does a much better job.

I used CuraiHealth for the first time and I had a great experience. I already knew I just needed antibiotics for a staph infection on my skin. I was looking for a way to obtain this without having to take my toddler with me to a waiting room full of sick people. I stumbled across this when looking for a telehealth provider, and this is much less expensive. The medical assistant I chatted with referred me to chat with a physician and I ended the chat with the prescription I needed. Both were kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I would recommend this to anyone for a non-complex health issue. There are obviously things that you would need to see a doctor in person for, but for the simpler issues, this is awesome. They also offer a free trial, so you have nothing to lose by giving it a try.

I’m kind of upset that I’ve wasted so much time in waiting rooms after using CuraiHealth. A lot of the stuff I had to visit a doctor for I just do here and the BEST part is that I can get checked with tests and they can prescribe meds now. Like I had to get some labs for a chronic condition but I was nervous about COVID but they were totally able to order it for me over the phone! So I’m keeping this on me forever for all my med issues

I know I had an ear infection so I got CuraiHealth so that I can speak to a doctor and get a prescription without going to the hospital since I don't have insurance.. I started a live chat and I told the person my symptoms (which were basic ear infection symptoms) and I was scared into going to the hospital because they made me think it was somthing worse than it was. When I got to the hospital.... I was literally out of there in 10mins with an antibiotic prescription.... now I'm going to have a medical bill for somthing that could've been easily taken care of on CuraiHealth... thanks 🙄

First Opinion used to be really great with quick responses and accurate information, with comforting people on the other end. Once it updated, the people on the other end became more like robots, and the responses took hours. You would have to type the same message 3+ times for it to finally send, and then deleted when you exited CuraiHealth . The information given is now plain and what you can get on google. Plus, I just found out they switched it to “Curai health” which can only serve people in California. So not worth the download

This application has been my go for quick consultations with friendly and communicative health professionals. Easy to use app with minimal wait time.

One thing Id suggest. I hope they push this to other locations and counties (currently only in California) in order to support the dynamic situations we are currently facing with COVID-19.

I can't afford health insurance. Not even catastrophic coverage. First Opinion helped me get through a lot of iffy medical circumstances during the course of its operation. The few doctors I was assigned over the years seemed to genuinely care and follow up on what I was dealing with. They helped calm my panic, narrow down possibilities based on my symptoms, and inform me of what I should do, could do, and shouldn't do which led to a more collected response to issues at hand instead of potentially endangering myself or overreacting. Aaaaaaaaaaand now that's gone. I really haven't found a replacement like it.

Can’t believe that I can talk to a doctor for free and get treated. I couldn’t see my primary care doc because of COVID, and CuraiHealth was able to address my issue. Really easy and convenient to use - and the doctor was very thorough and caring in addressing my issue.

I’m surprised it’s taken this long to find out about a service like this but I’m glad I have. Incredible that it’s only a few dollars a month for unlimited visits. So far I’m very impressed.

Such a comfort to be able to chat with a doctor so easily - avoided going to the urgent care. I had to wait a few minutes longer than hoped, but was totally worth it.

I used the vivid assessment to get a quick response and I felt it was accurate and based on enough information. I think this is a great tool to use in today’s world.

I can’t think of a another service when you can text a health professional on demand for free! Wish I knew about this much sooner! Great for things I would normally go to primary care for.

Doubtful I will ever go to a doctor again in-person - this solves all the pain and hassle of having to be in-person for treatment & prescriptions - highly recommend!

Absolutely no assistance with my health concerns, I literally was tested positive for something somewhere else. Came here and they diagnosed me with what I tested positive for told me I would have to get labs done . I then handled my labs and everything comes out negative which I know is not true because I have every symptom. Then tells me I have to be seen in person. Lost $80 on labs

CuraiHealth makes the process of getting trustworthy medical advice so much easier... Highly recommend it!

Hi this service that I had with curai health formerly first opinion I don’t like that service that I received they take forever to respond to you. And then when they finally answer you they give you is the same answer you can look up. And they only serve California don’t recommend CuraiHealth to no one

I used CuraiHealth when it first came out as “First Opinion”, and the Dr on the other side was one of my favorite online medical experts I’ve spoken to, to this day! It’s TOO bad that now they only serve people in California (whack af) and aren’t as willing to help others in other states. I WISH this was still First Opinion. Not worth the download!

CuraiHealth is very helpful, has quick responses, and would use again. 5 stars.

Able to get quick responses that addressed my medical concerns

i’m so impressed with how quick and helpful the doctors on CuraiHealth are. I’m happy I found an app that’s free and informative.

CuraiHealth is useless. Yes the person (if they even were a doctor) gave me advice that could be a probable reason for what I asked about but I don’t even believe that these are doctors. I believe they are the same group of people answering questions that anyone can get off google. I wanted to get another opinion but you can’t talk to more than one doctor! Once you make an account you have to talk to the same person that they automatically assign you. So I made another account in hopes of getting someone else for another opinion. And when I asked the question, which honestly has the potential to be a serious matter which is why I want multiple opinions, they sent me a message saying that I will be blocked because it seems that I made a second account. Number one) how would you know it’s the same question just by using computers to find out if I word my question in a completely different way. And number 2) I have excruciating pain that I have been going through for months with no answers and I’ve gone through x rays, ultrasound sounds and I’ve finally gotten an mri so I am sorry if I want to get multiple doctors opinions and not just one online doctors opinion!

Fist off, these are not doctors. A doctor introduces themselves as a doctor. They never mention being doctors and seem to just be searching google for help. None of the responses are how you’d expect an actual doctor to respond. Anyways, I waited 45 mins before I got a reply so it’s also not the “chat in just a few mins” kind of thing either. While I was waiting, I typed more info about my current situation, attempting to speed the process up. I get a response saying they are reading up on the info I included so I assumed this was legit. Then I spent over an hour just giving info about myself, that was seemingly irrelevant to the issue. Then the “Doctor” sends me a recap of all the info I gave them, okay, a bit over the top but I get it. They wanna be sure of the problem. 10 minutes of silence and the “Doctor” recommend the first article that comes up with a google search... are you kidding me?? Thank you so much “dOcKtEr” I would have never thought to check the googles. Wasted an hour thinking I’d actually get something out of this. Save your time and don’t bother with this crap.

These “doctors” just give you answers that you could google yourself. I got CuraiHealth because being a child coming from parents who were medically neglectful, I don’t have access to a doctor, insurance, medical advice, etc. Because of the neglect I received, I became a hypochondriac and googled symptoms until I gave myself an anxiety attack because I thought I had cancer or was dying. CuraiHealth did not help me. The doctor did not listen. I had to answer some questions several times which was only annoying. We went through this whole process of questions being asked repeatedly before she just said “yeah you should probably see a doctor in person.” Really? Google could have told me that. Anyone could have told me that. I told you that, “doctor.” I also told you that I cannot see a doctor right now because I have no way of getting there and no insurance. There isn’t a doctor for miles around me. But they didn’t listen. She tried to help me get insurance but I can’t even afford that. Long story short, you’re better off not wasting your time here.

I love CuraiHealth let me just get that out of the way first. This is also my first review I’ve ever made on an app due to how amazing it is. I got CuraiHealth because I was having trouble finding answers on Google due to the fact any symptoms I try and look up Google says that I have cancer. My Doctor is amazing, she will text me a month after I’ve even spoke to her and ask me how I’m doing. It’s very convenient when you don’t have time to research anything as well. My doctor has always helped me with anything I need, always. Especially when I have concerns at 3am she always responds no matter what. I have recommended CuraiHealth to plenty of my friends and they love it just as much as I do. 10/10 would recommend if you’re a busy person or if you have a fear of doctors like me.

I downloaded CuraiHealth to get advise on some serious pain I was having. Google gave me anxiety, but Dr. Ankita helped calm me down just by being an actual human being giving advice instead of having to find the stuff out myself. She got to the point quickly and was kind while doing so. Even if the people running CuraiHealth are just googling the answers, which I honestly don’t think they are, at least they are making an effort to show compassion in a time when some people could be at their worst. And even if they’re not truly doctors, which I believe they are, they have still given me back some lost hope for the medical community. I’m am so grateful that First Opinion has my back. Based off of my first opinion of CuraiHealth , I know I have theirs! :)

I was able to get on and chat to Dr. Ruksana within minutes of signing on. She answered all the questions my sick and addled brain had, no matter how silly I thought they were. She made sure to ask not only about my symptoms, but my environment and activities as well, so she could offer advice based on a complete picture, not just a handful of symptoms! I can’t express how valuable that was! This doesn’t replace a doctor’s or hospital visit at all, but I would have been so much worse off if it hadn’t been for the advice of Dr. Ruksana. She advised me (based on my symptoms) not to wait and get checked out ASAP, and followed up with me later on. I am so glad I listened! I will definitely be continuing to use CuraiHealth!!!

I’ve had CuraiHealth for I want to say months! And never deleted it from my phone. The doctor I’ve mostly spoken with is Dr. kheervani and she’s been a big help! I have many health problems and when I’m in a panic and in pain I can ask her questions and get responses really fast!! She will. Ask me questions and what my symptoms are surroundings, etc. and help me narrow down what it could be instead of my googling my symptoms. Now of course it doesn’t replace a doctors visit but especially when you can’t reach a doctor or you just want a first opinion ( hence CuraiHealth name) you can consult with someone before going in to see a doctor. If you’re symptoms sound severe they’ll suggest seeing you’re primary doc ASAP or going to ER.

I wasn’t expecting much when I downloaded CuraiHealth . I was connected after several minutes to someone named Aman. As I expected he just inputted my complaints into a symptom checker, told me stuff he read off of Google, and when I called him out by saying those would be adequate options if I were trying to soothe my throat while awake (I specifically stated I wanted to ease the pain so I could sleep) and he immediately said I should see a doctor in person which I already planned on doing. I suppose I won’t be sleeping until after I see my doctor. Until then my safest option is eating sherbet and ice pops and to pray.

Also CuraiHealth refreshes every ten freaking seconds which is very annoying and distracting as it sometimes doubles the text or makes it disappear entirely. A lot of my responses weren’t going through either. Honestly, good in concept, but terrible in practice.

So far it’s going really great! I have a chronic illness so the need to feel sane with my new and growing symptoms is a big need. Unfortunately many doctors today won’t just give out their personal info or cell numbers to follow up on a need based time frame. CuraiHealth gives me the chance to do just that. Easier than feeling frantic and needing to waste money at an ER visit or urgent care clinic. That’s why I love this! Thank you for creating this, although it doesn’t necessarily replace the face to face appointment and diagnostic evaluation, it does fulfill my needs. I appreciate whomever created this availability!

I LOVED the idea of CuraiHealth however I don’t think the doctors are the best of help. I’ve gotten two doctors, both from India who only gave me facts rather than connecting what they know and learned to my current situation. I was given bare facts that I already knew and not any solutions or recommendations. Maybe it’s because I’m 17 so I don’t think they took me all that serious but I’ll just save it for my pediatrician. Also, I don’t understand why I got two doctors from India when I put my location was in New York.

Wow. I never comment on apps but CuraiHealth really saved me lots of anxiety. It’s 5 am here, and I have a swollen eyeball and clueless of what to do, got super paranoid about causing permeate damage or blindness to my eyes and HAD TO search things up. As an artist My eyesight is so important to me and is basically my livlihood and that’s why I was so paranoid and scared. I wanted better and more professional opinions other than just me guessing and I’ve downloaded so many applications and this worked the best. The doctors responds in minutes and actually cares and checks up on you. WOW. I am amazed and blown away. Thank you for creating CuraiHealth.

I was having some issues with my chest, so I found about about CuraiHealth while looking online. I downloaded it, and didn’t have to type in bunch of information, which was easy. It connected me with a doctor and I explained my issue. The doctor replied within 3 minutes and asked me questions to get a better idea. The doctor helped me figure out possible causes and possible solutions to help me with my issue. The doctors respond fast, efficiently, and are very knowledgeable. I love CuraiHealth and will use it again whenever I have a concerning issue!

While nobody should think this is a replacement for visiting a doctor, it sure is an awesome step in seeking a help on health. I’ve used CuraiHealth to ask a question about pain, treatment, and thoughts on time it takes for an injury to heal. Each tome, the medical professional that I was linked with was helpful, thoughtful, and thorough. This is an incredible service that I am thankful for. Since using CuraiHealth I have watched two close friends use CuraiHealth and they were blown away as well. Take it for what it's worth....a first opinion.

I’m so happy I’ve been able to find CuraiHealth! I’m such a hypochondriac, so I always have medical questions. By chatting, you can tell they’re not robots or anything (I was skeptical). In fact, I did research and found information on my doctor and proof that she’s legit. She’s been so helpful and I’ve been able to gain a relationship with her which helps me trust her! First Opinion should not replace your family doctor, but it really is great for second opinions and quick advise!

Thank you for checking up on me when I do not respond. Thank you for guiding me in a right direction every time So I avoid spending so much money on medical when not necessary. After my coma I became hypochondriac and my medical bills are more than any other debt I have so to have you here for free is a blessing. Thank you again!
