This new version is horrible, does not give you the option to see which location is selling what since they do not all sell the same flavor. They should of stayed with the last format, that way you can see full details of your points because I had notice that few played didn’t add my points, so maybe that’s why they changed up 🤷🏼‍♀️ They have hardly any fruit flavors, not everybody likes coffee, chocolate strawberry on everything, need to come up with frequent fruit flavors!

First off!

The yogurt itself is very good, and the toppings they offer are always fresh and yummy. Flavors are creative and Yogurtland works well to find the flavors near you/ show what is available and what is not.

Points can only be gained from buying yogurt. I think it would be prudent for the company to add the opportunity to acquire points when using Yogurtland (a daily check in).

This isn’t regarding Yogurtland itself, however:

this app claims their spoons are biodegradable, however “biodegradable” isn’t eco friendly enough. Their spoons must be placed in a very particular environment to actually decompose, and landfills in which they end up are purposefully designed so items doesn’t melt down and mix (which can form hazardous materials). They should find a more environmentally friendly option :)

Yogurtland was great before 2019. I could see what flavors the stores had and I was able to reach up to get rewards. It deleted my phone number and doesn’t recognize anything. I hate Yogurtland. Every time I accrue points, it somehow starts me back to zero! I am back to square one with no points again. Oh when you go into the store, even the employees say Yogurtland isn’t working some days. They will have signs posted about Yogurtland not working.

I have pre-diabetes and the no sugar added yogurt is the only one I can eat. I came to this this app because Yogurtland indicated that they had no sugar added flavors. When I got there there wasn’t any no sugar added yogurts. When I asked the employee about Yogurtland , he barely payed attention to my question answered that there were “plenty of the other flavors” and that they run out of yogurt.
I don’t understand the purpose of Yogurtland if information is not up to date.

This place is amazing ive been going since i was 12 and not once have they disappointed me the employees are soo nice and the yogurt is awesome i also love the way you get as many toppings as you want god i love this place soo much hope it never shuts down❤️❤️❤️

There was a time when Yogurtland used to work but it doesn’t work anymore I tried deleting it and re-downloading it it just crashes before I could even open it. I have the iPhone 12.

I love this app but Yogurtland is horrible. I noticed it was using a lot of data after I downloaded it so I deleted Yogurtland . Now I’m getting this app pop ups left over from Yogurtland about ten times per day. I deleted my cache memory but the pop ups keep popping up. I sent this app a message via their web site asking for assistance but never received a response. I would not recommend Yogurtland.

The new app is utter garbage. Clicking on a location name gets you nowhere. We used to be able to list flavors per location : nope, not any more. We used to be able to search locations per flavor : too bad, not any more either ! Literally all of the useful features are now gone. Congratulations on screwing up so bad the new app is now entirely useless.

App keeps on asking to confirm email despite me entering information under the My Account tab. When I go back, my info is gone so it’s an endless loop of getting no where. At least the points scanning works

Earlier versions listed which flavors were available at each shop. Latest version removed that feature. This makes it hard for one person to pick up takeout for a group.

I just deleted Yogurtland . It shouldn’t be this difficult to update an app nor should a yogurt app be this huge. Menchie’s app is way smaller and actually works. This update just made me give up completely on this app. I don’t think anyone on their end is even paying attention. No replies to anyone from the company. Fail.

The this app app is awful: points take FOREVER to accrue, rewards are as minimal as possible and you can’t even check your points history, and also the flavors are never accurate to the store I’m visiting.

Chick-fil-A had the same issues early on in their app, they changed it and made it worthwhile. Wish I could say the same for this app.

They changed Yogurtland a few months ago and now it is complete garbage. The main reason I use Yogurtland is to see what flavors are available at a specific location. With the new app that now takes five minutes when it it used to take five seconds. At least the yogurt is good.

The is a piece of garbage. Every time you need it it stops working and wastes your time in process of loading Yogurtland . Sometimes crashes. So I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but then all my points were gone! Also, the stores do not always accept it. Don’t be fooled by that!

Yogurtland is great, and so is the yogurt. I got a rewards card and I am on my way to a free yogurt!

I went to yogurt land and I was 3 point away from reward. Then I went again and it said 9 points. Now I went again and it says 29 points away. There’s a glitch in the system of updating the points.

After the update, this app deleted a lot of my points and all my rewards. Honestly it's cheaper to buy from your local grocery store than to give your business to this scam of company.

Absolutely terrible app for iPhone. Always freezes upon opening... jams up the whole phone. I don’t want to visit the store when Yogurtland and rewards function freezes. this app is losing money by having a horrible app.

Used it frequently including just now. Had 7 free ozs but somehow it didn’t “see” them. Not the first or second time

The main point of Yogurtland should be to show today’s flavors at whichever location I choose. Doesn’t do that, so it’s a waste!

So all my friends know that I'm a frozen-yogurt-obsessed-young individual, but I'm also super conscious of what I put into my mouth...so I'm always looking up nutritional facts just to be sure, but I've come across a few differences that I'm unsure of. Yogurtland lacks some nutritional facts and even when it doesn't...it doesn't match up to the online facts or my in-store version. So, what I'm trying to say is that - I don't know who or what to believe. Do I believe my store's nutritional information? The online nutritional information or Yogurtland's nutritional information. Other than that I LOVE Yogurtland! Oh and I think some stores need to update their flavors because I have come across some stores that don't carry the flavors that Yogurtland shows so that's just another negative but not all negatives are meant to be bad. Like I said, I LOVE this app

Yogurtland works fine for most of the things I would use it for. However, there seems to be an issue with the info about which flavors are at which stores. I have a this app near my home in Berkeley and one near my work in Walnut Creek. The flavors in store and the flavors listed on Yogurtland rarely match. Flavors in store are not listed on Yogurtland and flavors listed on Yogurtland are not in store. Not sure if this issue lies with the stores not getting the correct info to Yogurtland people in a timely fashion, or if Yogurtland doesn't upload flavor changes in a timely fashion, but if one is going to offer this as a function, it should bloody well work.

Love the yogurt but this app needs to work on its toppings. After eating the almonds several times and finally coming to the conclusion that they tasted "burnt," I asked four different employees their opinion. They ALL agreed that they were disgusting! I've come in several more times since then and nothing has changed. Apparently the managers know and they are doing nothing about it. Disappointing! Also, total bummer that they do not offer "hot" fudge, peanut butter sauce, or mini dark chocolate chips, that many other fancy yogurt stores offer. Lastly, it's very frustrating when they claim to have "Reese's"peanut butter cups and they are clearly another generic brand. The Morgan Hill store has a bit of work to do. Thank goodness its yogurt redeems itself!

Yogurtland is really great! It's very interactive and it's super easy to use. I have never had a problem with it I'm guessing some of you are having troubles because you forget your login info. I have not and thus far had no issues only while trying to find my nearest location on my iPhone app other than that it's a very useful app also if you forget to add your points at the store all you have to do is go to the website and click on missing points just make sure to keep your receipt it's that simple!

Yogurtland's quality is terrible. I've tried countless times to reload my card through Yogurtland and it never works. How come starbuck's app works perfectly fine when reloading a card but when it comes to this app it just disfunctions. I was reloading my card and right when I clicked on the "confirm" button, a few seconds after Yogurtland just shut. I reopened Yogurtland and refreshed my balance and it was still $0 so now I don't even know if my credit card got charged or not. This is the worst app ever, even after updating Yogurtland a few times this app still can't seem to make a functioning app! this app is just going to lose customers by creating this type of quality. There are so many other frozen yogurt stores locally that taste better, so goodbye this app. If I could give Yogurtland no star then I would.

The only problem I literally have ever had on Yogurtland was at the beginning Yogurtland would not load fast and that would be a problem cause sometimes I would hold up the line lol (sorry) but with this new update I have to say this app !!you've done it !! :D I honestly have no problems what so ever ! I click on Yogurtland and BOOM! opens with no problems :D !! Yogurtland is so easy to use and very simple and I really like that, no complications what so ever my hat goes off to you this app. probably the easiest app I have on my iPhone :) ohh did I mention I'm a platinum member as well. whoop whoop! 😁✌️

this app will give you perks as you visit and scan your card. Who knew extra points on slower days? You'll know, once you see your points add up. It's fun to see new flavors. But I don't really choose the location for flavors available. I go to stores that are convenient and offer pleasant ambience. It would be great for consumers to know from Yogurtland how many seats/tables, or patio seating.

All that said, Yogurtland will keep this app in your awareness. Good for them. And you'll get extra perks as you develop your ongoing relationship with them. Good for you!

This is the coolest app I've ever seen for a frozen yogurt chain. Unlike other chains, this app has an expansive menu, unfortunately the number of machines/flavors at each location is limited. In the past I've gone in with a certain craving only to find it is not at that location any longer. Not a problem anymore! With the flavor locator I can easily find the flavor I'm craving a well as the nearest store that's carrying it! Not only that but it's a reward system that allows you to earn FREE yogurt! How much greater can life get?! I love this app and I love Yogurtland!

5 STARS towards the absolute best yogurt I've ever had!!!! We live in Simi Valley and I must say that the customer service at the Simi Valley location is as wonderful as their yogurt is!!!!
Now I could give Yogurtland a possible 2 stars :( it rarely opens up when I'm in line holding up other customers because of the apps delay on performance :/
Yogurtland itself needs some definite improvements
But if there were a possible 10 stars for texture, flavor, variety in flavors, and customer service this app would certainly get a 10 :)
