When I try to login the Yogurtland app reads “other error returned from server” & won’t let me into the app. What does this error mean?
Don’t bother with app

The app was great before 2019. I could see what flavors the stores had and I was able to reach up to get rewards. It deleted my phone number and doesn’t recognize anything. I hate this app. Every time I accrue points, it somehow starts me back to zero! I am back to square one with no points again. Oh when you go into the store, even the employees say the app isn’t working some days. They will have signs posted about the app not working.
The app is never updated

I have pre-diabetes and the no sugar added yogurt is the only one I can eat. I came to this Yogurtland because the app indicated that they had no sugar added flavors. When I got there there wasn’t any no sugar added yogurts. When I asked the employee about the app, he barely payed attention to my question answered that there were “plenty of the other flavors” and that they run out of yogurt.
I don’t understand the purpose of the app if information is not up to date.
Can’t delete App

I love Yogurtland but this app is horrible. I noticed it was using a lot of data after I downloaded it so I deleted the app. Now I’m getting Yogurtland pop ups left over from the app about ten times per day. I deleted my cache memory but the pop ups keep popping up. I sent Yogurtland a message via their web site asking for assistance but never received a response. I would not recommend this app.
