- The latest version removed the feature of listing which flavors are available at each shop, making it hard for one person to pick up takeout for a group.

How to fix Yogurtland app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yogurtland app on iPhone
Update Yogurtland app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yogurtland iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yogurtland on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yogurtland network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Yogurtland not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yogurtland App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yogurtland » click [Force Stop]

Update Yogurtland to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yogurtland App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yogurtland » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yogurtland.

Fix Yogurtland unable to contact server/ Yogurtland internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yogurtland » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yogurtland » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yogurtland
