How to fix Cold Stone app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cold Stone app on iPhone
Update Cold Stone app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cold Stone iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cold Stone on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cold Stone network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cold Stone Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cold Stone not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cold Stone App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cold Stone » click [Force Stop]

Update Cold Stone to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cold Stone App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cold Stone » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cold Stone.

Fix Cold Stone unable to contact server/ Cold Stone internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cold Stone » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cold Stone » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
