Inter faces not properly working my tether app

When entering the app it shows that I do not have an internet connection and when checking the router if I have a stable internet connection.

The tether app internet test on my iPhone iOS 15.4.1 and Tether 3.6.2 fails immediately and will not provide results. Worked 3 weeks ago as a test. Have reset my modem and Archer 20 Router and still does not run a test. Thanks
