dialog box: complete all required fields.(C400_4) deleting and reinstalling app doesn't help

My Wife has reported strange car behavior on several shopping trips when she is alone in the car. Sudden jerk of the steering wheel several times as if lane assist is trying to steer away from the line. I turned driving assist off and this has not recurred however the last trip as she was retuning to the car the rear hatch opened half way and stopped. Since I have never witnessed this behavior I suspect it is because I have used vehicle locator a few times while my wife is out shopping just to see where she is. Has anyone reported unrequested vehicle actions like this?

My husband and I have been trying for several months to change the password since Hyundai said we needed to, but they will not accept any password at all. We always get the message “you cannot use your last two passwords”. This is even if we choose the system-generated password! We submitted a case to the customer service and they gave us a case number, but beyond that—-nothing! We are paying for Blue Link, and if we can’t access our account we would like to cancel the service but there’s no way I can find to do that either.

The maps are blank - just a blue screen. When I enter a location or try to do anything with the map in the myhyundai bluelink app on my phone the map is just a blue screen

App not wording, frozen with terms and conditions. Called numerous times being stuck on hold for more than 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone. They just led me around or hanging up on me after waiting so long

Cannot get past the terms and conditions and privacy select page, need guidance. Cannot login to app. The opening page flashes and then it turns to a screen that asks me to accept the terms. There are two boxes to check. When checked the screen freezes and there is no way to accept the terms. Now I cannot use my blue tooth app.

Hi, I have the App installed on my phone and have connected my phone calendar, it’s a google calendar, to it. This works and I can see my calendar entries in the Bluelink app on my phone. However, when I am in my car then on the Bluelink screen under calendar it displays today and tomorrow but I do not see any details when I know there are entries present. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong. Please get back to me about this. Thanks Keith.

The blue link does not work. The customer service at Henderson Hyundai is very very poor. Not possible to talk to a human in the service department. Can only get they by talking to Sales Department. Sounds like they are only interested in selling not providing service after the sale. The sales people were helpful.

This is ANOTHER MESSAGE I have been calling your number 855-255-8354 and that number has been hacked by someone selling medical products. If you don't answer them it just hangs up. There is NO Way to get to talk to a human I am paying for this every month and now it's not working YES I know how to resent the system I've had to do it SO many time before. IF this is going to continue to be a problem let me know and I will get rid of it.

The app seems to be frozen I get "request can not be processed. Please try again" I get messages from the car re charoing com[plete but nothing else.

Always says can't make connection. wait a minute but never comes on. Since this is suppose to be an automatic thing seems like it would work more than half the time.

Ever since my car came back a year ago April from a factory recall servicing, my car doesn't connect to my App on my iPhone. It used to work great and fairly quickly although not the 1-2 seconds some say other systems do. I've gotten the method to reset the BlueLink in the car from the BlueLink organization, but having to do this repeatedly is an unreasonable inconvenience.

After several phone calls, I have been told that my Samsung Galaxy 9, software version 10 is no longer compatible with Myhyundai app. I cannot even redownload it since I uninstalled it. What a terrible thing for them to do. I shouldn't have to get a new phone to work with my car. It worked from March 2022 and stop working August 2022. How horrible is that!

The app has barely worked since we got our new car. I tried to start it for my daughter at her work and it keeps telling me there is a problem.
