Ik can der my current data in the app on my android phone nut the evolution graph shows no info. Only the message: "no chart data available". Yesterday evertthing worked fijne.
No chart data available on phone app but works on browser my station is Haughton village farm Shifnal uk
The collection of weather stations in my app, including mine, is viewable and has the basic information when just scrolling through at a glance. When I open any one of them up for more details, none have any info in that window. Is there a reason for this or something I need to do? My iPhone like all others regularly updates the app so I don't think that is the problem. Please advise.
The Weatherlink app is showing g time incorrectly. I'm I. UK but it's showing BST+1. Apologies - time is correct on app but an hour out on the Web browser version.
App was working but had to re-start my WeatherLink Console, Console is working and displaying data but ther is no data reported to my phone app.

Opened weather link app and all I get is Request Failed. Restarted weatherlink live no change.

Hi, On my android Samsung phone the app doesn't show the chart data. It's the 3rd time I have this trouble this year. All the data are ok (if I use weatherlink on my PC or on the cloud with weathercloud.net, ) but the app display No chart data available. My station is Meteotina The app version is 2.2.9 android version 8.0.0
Latest version of the app will not load onto my iPhone6 and I can not update the phone to the version required. I hate having a perfectly good phone becoming redundant because of your actions. Please fix.
Until a few hours ago it worked fine, now the main screen no longer displays my station data. Fix the problem
The app used to work fine. Installed the update. The home screen info is no longer current and all information on the forecast screen has disappeared.
As reported by another user, when I press the app on my iPhone, the screen flashes but the app does not open up. Rebooted phone and removed and reinstalled app to no avail. Still works on my iPad and on husband’s android.
HEllo, when I press the app on my phone - it "goes away" and never opens. Been doing this all day - 3/20/22
