Hello, I have NO IDEA how this app exists!!! I have had nothing but problems from the start!! I just want to register an inmate and use the app with my apple products. How am I to do that? I have emailed already with No resolution. Could somebody PLEASE contact me and let me know how to execute this worthless app?!!! I appreciate it very Much! Latosha

While conducting the test I can see the person conducting the test but can't see myself when using edge if i use Firefox I can see myself but not the person doing the test I have audio

My CorrLinks message is saying that the inmate remove me from my list but he called me yesterday and said I was not removed from the list. Maybe I needed to make a new email? I’m not sure what to do in May 1 5501–509.

Every time my daughter sets up a video chat with us from the Federal prison, the program shuts down. It's ok when I do the test before the video but when the video is suppose to start, it shuts down. I try to sign in again and it won't let me. Can you help me.? Today was our wedding anniversary and she was really looking forward to talking to us. Thanks! Connie

Been trying to contact my daughter via. Corrlinks email. I'm not even being allowed to login. It goes straight to error, online and through the app
