How to fix Rockland Trust app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rockland Trust app on iPhone
Update Rockland Trust app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rockland Trust iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rockland Trust on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rockland Trust network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Rockland Trust Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Rockland Trust not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rockland Trust App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rockland Trust » click [Force Stop]

Update Rockland Trust to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rockland Trust App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rockland Trust » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rockland Trust.

Fix Rockland Trust unable to contact server/ Rockland Trust internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rockland Trust » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rockland Trust » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rockland Trust
