Since new software release from Trustco-Bank, when opening app on iPad, image appears in Portrait (vertically) not Landscape (horizontally). Was app coded only for Portrait mode for iPads?

To resolve Trustco Bank network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Trustco Bank App
1. On android, goto Settings » Trustco Bank » click [Force Stop]

Update Trustco Bank to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Trustco Bank App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Trustco Bank » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Trustco Bank.

Fix Trustco Bank unable to contact server/ Trustco Bank internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Trustco Bank » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Trustco Bank » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
