I received my 8×11 photo today and there was no tape on 5he back to hang it

We spent over $400 for six 20 x 20 mixtiles. We paid expedited shipping fee to get them before Christmas and now just out of a curiosity. I looked up our order get the tracking number. Unbeknownst to me, without any explanation, they canceled my original order that was supposed to arrive 12/23/22 and now have it coming January 9. I’m starting to get very suspicious of this company. Have we thrown $400 down the toilet? I’ve got my eye on you, Mixtiles! Seriously.

Charged my AMEX card and didn't receive a confirmation email nor an order #...

I need to speak to customer service and don't see a contact phone number. I placed an order over a year ago for my mother for Christmas and she hasn't had time to send in the order. Is there still time or does it expire? I have read the reviews and are nervous about ordering. It seems not many people at happy. Can I get a refund if I decide to go that way?

I talked to a representative a few months ago about my mixtiles falling off the wall. They did offer more sticky tape but that is not going to fix it - I bought gorilla glue double-sided tape, so if that didn't work, theirs won't either. The problem is that their schtick is that consumers can stick this mixtile anywhere and it could stick to a standard home wall. I believe that marketing is flawed because judging by my experience and several hundred other comments I found on the internet, it does not work on some standard home walls. They should redesign the backing to make the sticky part an option and add a hole so that we can use a picture hangar. As of now, I purchased plexiglass to where I intend to hang the pictures and stuck the Mixtile against it. Now it sticks and it has not come off. So partly yes the Mixtile works but only on a flat surface with way less texture.

One of our tiles is bubbled but all 25 others were great how do I get a replacement ?

I ordered 6 photos at Mixtiles, 4 were done horribly, heads cut off in all 4 pictures... I am returning to get a refund or have them redone properly.... Please contact me immediately! Theses were gifts for Mothers Day... Not very happy with this purchase

I purchased Mixtiles and now they are falling off the wall. I'm not happy about this problem. How can this issue be resolved?

I ordered well over 60 plus tiles. I have some on either side of my upstairs stairwell. Hung the pictures once. Now they are falling off the wall like they are plummeting to their death. I want to order more of the tape used on the frames as I am sure that it is unique enough that I won't find it in a store. Please contact me this is frustrating. Otherwise I like the product.

I bought 20 pictures for 1 price After purchasing I was sent a text for g more for 30, I purchased them then I was sent another for 6 more, and so on.... total ( and I checked the card I use I purchase 1 set of 20 4 set of 6 total of 44 pictures.. I returned 60 mixtiles yesterday 01/ 11/ 21 by UPs .I AM REALLY UPSET BECAUSE YOU SENT ME PICTURRS THAT I DIDNT ORDER. ACTUALLY I ONLY ORDERED 2 SETS OF 16 PICTURES FOR 116 DOLLARS. ASIDE FROM THAT YOU SENT PICTURES WITH NO HEADS AT ALL. SUCH A SLOOPY JOB WHICH DEFINITELY WILL DESTROY YOUR REPUTATION. TODAY 01/12 I AMM ALSO GOING TO REYURN 30 MORE TILES. THAT WOULD BE 90 TILES IN TOTAL. I DEMAND THAT YOU REIMBURSE ME FOR 90 TOLES AND REYURNED THE MONEY TO MY BANK AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE ALL TILES.

I hung all the pictures on my wall and most of them keep falling. The ones that fall also ruin the picture so there is no point of them. What can you do for me?

Love all 4 orders of our mix tiles but since moving to a new house, they fall off the walls. Can we get more adhesive please? We’ve tried sandpapering a small area for rough texture and double sided tape. The new ones hang fine but the ones we’d used in other house won’t stay up. Please advise!! Mixtiles says it's easy to move the tiles. This is NOT CORRECT. I tried to remove one and it ripped a huge hole in my sheet rock wall. I have 8 more on wall and cannot remove without totally damaging wall. I regret using this product.

My pictures literally stayed for an entire year, I just decided I wanted to rearrange the pics and I am sorry I did this because now they are falling off the wall. Six out of 24 has fallen. One fell on top of each other and the sticky part got stuck on the other and pulled the picture out some. I cannot seem to fix it. I remember I ordered mix tiles when they first came out and they were full price. I ordered the second time, and I asked for a discount and I was told they do not offer those services because they are already priced so low. Now, all I receive are emails with discounts. I guess I jumped on the bandwagon way too soon. I am upset that my pictures are now falling, I was assured that I could re-design and re-stick them as I pleased.

Mix tiles keep falling off unhappy

Bought 9 mixtiles. The picture quality is gorgeous, but 2 have fallen off the wall. I now have them hanging on a hook.
