I can't load mix tiles app. Also when I did fond it it had the last 2 photo I ordered but wants to print again I love this app and will use again. But need help. Thank you! Kenna

I can’t believe this happened again!! Received the reorder of 28 tiles and The glue smell is still present , and again have a headache as well as my son-in-law - I would like a refund, and When I reorder I will have to get the framed tiles since there’s no glue on them-

I just downloaded 16 phot0s that were supposed to be $99.00 my promo code was 16FOR99SEP. Said it would let m download promo code at checkout. Instead it charged me $127.?? I am very disappointed. tried to do when it was $89.00 and it would not let me. Now same thing. Therefore please let me know how to cancel this order Thank you, Jan Stockard

I have ordered about 40 of your Mix tiles over the past couple of years. I usually do not remove the photos on my wall more than a couple of times. But I have about 4 that keep falling off the wall and I have not moved them around more than about 6 times. Now what? I put them on the wall but they fall now. Is that what I can expect over time with the rest of them?

One of the Mixtiles fell off in about a week. We made sure the wall was dry wiped, but it still happened. Can I get some new adhesives or something?
