📋 10 Reported Issues:
Every single time, after the damned ad plays the game freezes and then drops. FFS fix the damn thing.
Have earned stars in level 48 but they don't register/let me go on to next level
I play Wordament every day BUT each time [3x now] I reach either Map 12 or 13 my scores/progress disappears and I have to start all over again. I just want it to continue each day where I left off the day before
My score has not increased in weeks. I realize 300’is top level but my scores have now stopped increasing
Scores, long words and percentages not updating. Have also completely lost statistics about jumber of top 10% wins.
Have Lumia 950xl and Lumia 735 that both have Wordament app. They were working prior to the Microsoft 'system' update on July 26, 2023. (think that the update was about Bingo app?) . Since the 2 hour window for the system update have been unable connect / play Wordament on either device. System tries to connect with Wordament: Gamer tag name and 'Welcome back' appears but then get a message "Connecting to Wordament failed - something went wrong". It does not say what 'something' is. Then below that it says 'Troubleshoot'. Clicking on 'troubleshoot' causes a message "This page can't be displayed" and to check my internet connection. I am able to search with Bing on both devices with no issue but no method for Wordament. I have tried going to the Help & Options screen and tried signing out / in (this previously was a fix). Even tried playing as a guest and then clicking to sign on to account. Rank was 2077 when this quit. Unable to view leaderboard on either device.
Game freezes after puzzle 80 World 1 with 156 coins. I’ve started over completely and got to this same place and it freezes. I’m tapping everywhere and can’t get to anything or open the gate.
I have lost my wordament game.
I cannot open the gate after level 80 World 30 on my new iPad. Nothing happens when I press the space. It has always worked before. I’ve completed all levels on the iPhone. When will you add new levels?
Have Lumia 635 and other windows devices and problems connecting to use Wordament. Lumia 635 has Wordament (classic app) and have a large number of points. Currently, not able to get Wordament to connect using Wifi. The app appears but does not log in. Tried to get Xbox log in to work and does not connect. Internet works on wifi via Bing but not Wordament.
