I play MS Solitaire daily, both on a pc and on a Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro. A few weeks ago (early September 2022), the game started crashing on the Xiaomi. It just disappears. I have reinstalled a few times, but it doesn't help. I saw a tip about memory, so I restarted the phone. This solved the problem once. Although it's very unlikely this is the problem. I have played the game on much lesser phones without issue. Second time around, the game crashed right after restarting. In order to play the game, I have to try a few times and hope it won't crash.

I have tried everything online about Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but for days, it will NOT connect to the internet and I have to play offline without my data or high levels I reached, just play the cards. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. It has always worked for me. I am really upset because a I am a PREMIUM member. I want to give up on it...

Hi, I pay for premium so that I can play unlimited boards and have extra moves, yet it no longer works. It always goes back to a new game where I can no longer save high scores or have unlimited boards. How can this be resolved?

This is the second day that when you select a game it appears to be loading an ad but it’s just a black screen with the busy circle running and running and running and running and it never stops and you can’t play anything
