Close and restart the Mahjong app on iPhone
Update Mahjong app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mahjong iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mahjong on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mahjong network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Mahjong not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mahjong App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mahjong » click [Force Stop]

Update Mahjong to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mahjong App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mahjong » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mahjong.

Fix Mahjong unable to contact server/ Mahjong internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mahjong » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mahjong » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
