I have the same problemas others with the app getting stuck in a "Loading" loop. Is there a fix for this?

I can't use the Kardia App. It opens and then switches suddenly to the log-in screen. asking for my password - I enter it and it doesn't recognise it. I then reset the password and create a ne one via the message in the email which has been sent to me. I enter this into the app and I then try again - the same thing happens - prompting me for my password. I have tried this now each day for a week - same result - I can't use the app.

Hello, My usually trusty Kardia Mobile records my ECG OK but is stopped at 'Loading' msg. I have been using a Kardia Mobile for a little more than eight years without a problem. Thank you. Roger Bevan

I set up my Kardia account for the KardiaMobile card. During setup I reached the point of running the tutorial. It locked up the screen after step 1. I couldn’t close the screen or do anything. I deleted the app, then downloaded it again, with the same result. Not a great start!

When typing in notes every letter doubled?? ie I type BP and it shows BBPP

For my ac-009 the app shows "great signal" but restarts the search for pulse (the spinning disk) after each heartbeat, so the recording never starts. The 30 second test never completes.

my Kardia 6 leads has been working fine for the past year or so. But this week I upgraded my IPhone 10 to IPhone 14 max pro. The app is asking for a user name and password for the first time ever! It wants me to set up an account but rejects any info I type in. Help please

I keep having an interference signal statement on the cardio mobile. We get alot of unclassified statements.

Mine has stopped working, I believe this happened after my android update on the phone because when I used an older phone I have that has not been updated it works fine still.

CANNOT GET INTO THE KARDIA WE HAVE TWO PHONES HE SAID WHEN IN GOES INTO KARDIA THE PERSON SAYS DAVID

I received my kardia mobile card yesterday. I followed the procedures step by step for the setup. When I reached the step to turn on the card it would not turn on and the amber light never came on. I believe the unit may be defective. Do I need to return it for exchange.

Error 5 says my microphone is not connecting with it. Cannot find out why?

Hi, I have been using the Kardia App for a good few years without any issues. The app has now stopped letting me see my BLood Pressure History & as soon as I try to open the history it switches straight to ECG history. It will not let me open blood pressure history. I have tried deleting the app & reinstalling, however the App Store just opens my app & account even though I no longer have it on my IPhone with no option to reinstall it? Thanks for any help

The app will open then immediately close and go to my phone Home Screen. I updated the app as well as the phone. Neither corrected the problem.

My kardia quit sending the results to my email. It worked perfect before the update

Cannot record EKG. Error message: Kardia uses your microphone to record your EKG, but we could not connect to it. Error 5. When I set up the device on my iPad I allowed this access. It has been working fine for a couple of years. But now has stopped.

I cannot look at my recoding history.

Kardia Mobile 6L has worked flawlessly for 2 years. Updated software recognizes device, shows full (green) battery, but won't allow any connection beyond. Tried various suggestions: sanitizer, rubbing knee, etc. Nothing seems to work.

The mobile card I have does not reconnect to bluetooth effectively making me repair everytime I try to use the app which is impossible. I will be retutning this to Amazon as worthless with a 1 star review.

I tried to install on my Motorola android phone the Kardia mobile. When creating my Kadria account it said that my e-mail address was already taken. So I have tried to login with my OMRON account ... the screen freezes instantly (turns white). Went to my Omron account and completed the missing information ... the same problem ... screen frozen. To check the Kadria sensor I have done an identical installation on another identical Motorola phone under a different e-mail needing creation of a new account. Everything works well. Tried to login on the good phone with my Omron account ... thesame problem ... frozen white screen. The conclusion is that Logging-in with the Omron account isn’t working. The question is; is there a way to delete my Omron account and create a new account with Kadria? Otherwise I cannot use the Kadria device as I don't have another e-mail account and I don’t want to have one. Thanks

The new device I was sent is not pairing and the one I am using is running out of battery power
