You can find more information regarding your health from reliable sites such as the Mayo Clinic than in this app. This is a dumbed down version of healthcare that an elementary school would teach. The fitness tracker is useless unless you carry your phone in your hand all day long. And I’ve been waiting 5 days for someone to respond to the chat service. This app is getting deleted from my phone because it did absolutely nothing innovative or positive for my health.

After working reasonably well, although inflexibly and without much in the way of useful features, the app crapped the bed this morning. It no longer tracks physical activity which is one of my rehab goals, provides perc tube maintenance reminders, or medication reminders. Restarted, reinstalled, logged in and out; the usual fixes, but it’s broken. iOS on my phone is up to date. When it was working, it disappointed because previous days’ activity could not be reviewed, changes in medication reminders would not take effect until the next day, and the whole interface was clunky. Basically it’s free, but you get what you pay for: a simplistic, inflexible, feature-limited app that randomly stops working (what little it did do). It only gets 2 stars because it does provide, in-app, a direct means to connect with my treatment team. Like a hundred other communication apps, but it was integrated and direct.

This app is ok. I wear a pedometer everyday though it’s my Apple Watch. I don’t understand why there is no option to access that data to track my steps. The app instead demanded access to my motion detected through the phone, which is less accurate and will burn up my phones battery life quicker. I’m extremely unhappy with the developers inability to use current technology.
