Sound not working

Sound not working on Kodable. Tested other apps and tried it on parent phone and a mirror of that phone. It’s not muted and music and sound both say they are on. Notification Center allows sounds.

Update Kodable Basics app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kodable Basics iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kodable Basics on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kodable Basics network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kodable Basics Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kodable Basics not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kodable Basics App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kodable Basics » click [Force Stop]

Update Kodable Basics to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kodable Basics App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kodable Basics » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kodable Basics.

Fix Kodable Basics unable to contact server/ Kodable Basics internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kodable Basics » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kodable Basics » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
