Close and restart the Countdown Star app on iPhone
Update Countdown Star app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Countdown Star iPhone app

Fix Countdown Star on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Countdown Star network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Countdown Star not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Countdown Star App
1. On android, goto Settings » Countdown Star » click [Force Stop]

Update Countdown Star to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Countdown Star App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Countdown Star » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Countdown Star.

Fix Countdown Star unable to contact server/ Countdown Star internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Countdown Star » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Countdown Star » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
