Video Star Status

I keep trying to merge clips for my upcoming edit and it keeps saying error. I tried deleting stuff for storage and it still says error, what do I do?

Hi, so my vider star qr codes say decode and i just need help with my qr codes decoding so i can get it working again.

so I deleted video star, then download it back, once I tried to open the app it just froze, like I can’t press any buttons, I would like help for this 🫶

i paid for 1 month pro and when i try to edit a video it says i haven’t paid. my subscription ends on january 24 and right now it’s january 7. when i try to purchase it again it says “purchased failed:an unknown error occurred”. i wanna edit but i don’t know what to do.

Ive been using video star pro for 3 years and it never gave me errors & stuff. All of a sudden, when i click just to open the app on my IpadOS 16 software updated Ipad, it just closes immediately. I tried to reinstall the app, shut my ipad, literally figure out why and whats going on. I watched gallons of videos and did what they said: wait for a few days. I did waited for 4 days, i never tried to open till the 4 day finishes. But still it isn't opening. Please help me, i love editing on video star and i cant really imagine a editing account of mine without video star. It's the reason why i bought an ipad. I know It's sounds like a kind of life problem and i know most people would be agreeing on me making the situation dramatic. But y'all... I dont wanna lose myself, drowning to do the college work. Video star is the only thing that keeps me entertained. HELP!

Around a few weeks ago I purchased video star pro for 3 months and all a sudden it stopped working, it doesnt let me use it yet the subscription is still going, I pressed reload and it says “Reload failed An unknown error occured”

When I go to play my video my whole screen freezes

whenever i play my edit the play button keeps popping up when the video is playing... how do i stop it?

My subscription is still active but it still says I need to pay
