How to fix UnFollowers app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UnFollowers app on iPhone
Update UnFollowers app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UnFollowers iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UnFollowers on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UnFollowers network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix UnFollowers not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the UnFollowers App
1. On android, goto Settings » UnFollowers » click [Force Stop]

Update UnFollowers to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UnFollowers App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UnFollowers » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UnFollowers.

Fix UnFollowers unable to contact server/ UnFollowers internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UnFollowers » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UnFollowers » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
