Image swap is lately not working on my premium account. Instead of 2 chosen images it swaps other random images. Also impossible to move a chosen image around the grid

My preview app will not post to Instagram. I have it all set up, and when either I try to post or schedule a post, it says "failed to post to media." I've tried uninstalling it and re-installing it.

Hi, the app is glitching when I type, so I can't currently type any text into my scheduled post. I've checked, there are no updates due on either the app or my phone system.

Hi Preview, I first signed up for free, then upgraded to PRO and Premium within 20 minutes because I want to take advantage of the features. But the App is not working properly. I followed all the instructions I found online regarding saving reels with audio on Instagram. (click +, repost, IG icon, three dots, copy link, back to preview, click done) I've done the placeholder thing and stuff but I don't see the reels in the preview app. So 3 questions. 1. Will be charged for both Pro and Premium if I upgraded within the same day? 2. Will I be charged if I Unsubscribed within 24 hours? 3. Can you resolve this problem for me so I don't need to unsubscribe? Thanks, Rhoda
