They claim that they fixed a crashing bug but they didn’t every time I log in I it starts to load a round circle goes around that says loading followers then it stops and doesn’t load preventing me from logging in and seeing followers I tried uninstalling then installing again same issue please fix!!! I am updating my review my iPhone said that I had a response from the developer about my issues but unfortunately when you click on developers response it doesn’t automatically direct you to the response from the developer you actually have to go through all the reviews until you find yours and I really don’t feel like going through hundreds of responses this is not the only app this happens to but by reading recent responses from other users the developer responded with a solution to download the recent update I already did that still same issue but today I went to log in and it seemed to work but quickly logs you out within seconds it seems to me that UnFollowers has many issues that cannot be resolved so sorry to say I will have to delete it and try something else that will work

It worked for a few weeks, then started crashing every time the ads came up. Then it turned into a black screen and every time I tried to open it, it was just a black screen. Then I did my ios update and now it will play ads, but all pages are blank white pages. The front page is fine. I can see my picture and how many people I follow and my followers, but any of the tabs you click on are blank. I can’t see new follows, who I follow who doesn’t follow me...nothing. I tried deleting it and reloading a new version. Nope. I contacted company and nobody wrote me back. I was testing it out and would have probably purchased the pay version, but nobody responded to my message, so I’m deleting it.

As of a month ago UnFollowers does not work anymore. Do not waste your money on it. I purchased UnFollowers about two years ago and it worked fine for many years. Evidently there is an issue with the software and it does not work anymore. I have sent four emails to the company without any type of response. Three emails were cordial the fourth one was not! I love how these companies don’t have a problem taking our money but when there’s an issue they going to hiding and you don’t hear anything from them. Again do not waste your time and money on this product IT DOES NOT WORK!

please don’t download UnFollowers it has you put in your password and then Instagram will think you’re using your password to buy followers. They think you’re giving your password away for clout you obviously just want to see who unfollowed you and stuff like that. If I didn’t put in my password and change it. I would’ve gotten deleted on both accounts i used this for. and if you forgot your password well you’re done for so please I’m begging you don’t download UnFollowers because Instagram will misunderstand what you’re trying to do. if you do remember your password and change it it’ll put you on community block for over a week and you will not be able to do anything except post on your story or post without captions tags etc. and you can’t comment can’t like can’t post unless you leave it blank on everything can’t follow anyone and you can only DM and post on your story and no matter how many times you push tell us it won’t fix it so please I’m warning you now.

Why is it that you cannot use any feature in UnFollowers if it doesn’t finishing loading? That wouldn’t be a problem if it loaded even half of the time. With no way to bypass the loading screen, UnFollowers is rendered useless most of the time. Additionally, for some reason, once I started using UnFollowers , I could no longer load my follower list in the Instagram app, which I don’t believe is a coincidence. I’ll say that if it worked like envisioned by its creators, it would probably be a great app, but the bugs prevail to the point where I can’t even submit a ticket for help because I cannot get past the loading screen. I would say it needs a few updates before anyone downloads UnFollowers.

Paid once for the “older version” of UnFollowers and suddenly noticed that UnFollowers stops working. Waiting for an update or a bug fix of some kind and checked UnFollowers Store to discover UnFollowers was removed. Curious, I did another query and found this “new” app with a similar name - the only difference they changed to a pay per month model. Nice way to screw the rest of the people who paid originally on your terms and kill the old app with zero notice and secretly force them to download this new one that gives you 7 days before you have to sign up for a monthly subscription. The greed is real.

This thing has just gotten worse. They don’t keep up with their bad coding. They’ve always had problems with their ads interfering with their app and losing your data - and it STILL happens.

This USE to be a decent working app but after recently updating - it got seriously worse and buggy.

If that wasn’t enough - obvious paid upgrade features now accompany BOGUS, lying error messages blaming Instagram.

For example: when trying to follow or unfollow an account from UnFollowers it says: “Instagram Server Error, This operation returned an empty response. This is a problem with Instagram and NOT with UnFollowers. Please try again.

Why you lying pieces of sh_&%# !! The same action in the previous version produced a message that said the operation was a paid upgrade feature.

What?? Are you guys trying to blame Instagram in attempts to look better rather than disclose that you’re really withholding a feature?!!?

When I first got UnFollowers, it was good. It did the job it was supposed to do (most of the time). The last few days/weeks, it doesn’t update like it should. If I see that someone unfollowed me on my Instagram page but then I check UnFollowers , UnFollowers still shows zero. When I first downloaded UnFollowers, it did the same thing but sporadically. Now it’s just consistently now working correctly. Even would delete & redownload. This time I deleted it permanently and found a better one. Sad part is that I was going to pay for the upgraded version, but wanted to try it first. Oh well. Their loss I guess. Don’t waste your time with this one.

UnFollowers has you log into your Instagram account via their app - I downloaded UnFollowers proceeded to do so , then I get five emails saying someone with a LG phone has logged into my Instagram. I have an iPhone I don’t know anyone who has a LG phone plus no one uses my account other than me. I reset my password for all of my social media accounts for a safety measure. Fast forward to today and I just now received a email saying someone attempted to change my password once again for my Instagram...... UnFollowers IS RAN BY HACKERS. I keep a card on my account for promotions I have a business account on Instagram. UnFollowers tries to access your account to steal your information, do no use UnFollowers!!!!!

This used to be a decent app for just the basics - who doesn’t follow back, new this app, new followers, etc. You have to watch 2 game demo videos each report though.

Either way, none of these tracker apps work anymore since Instagram changed the number of data pulls developers can run per hour. (Same week Marky was testifying before Congress about the Facebook data breach.) So it seems like we are out of luck. Maybe Instagram will develop their own reports similar to their business account features.

I have had UnFollowers a week. The unfollow buttons worked for 15 minutes. Then I had to manually unfollow, which was convenient, due to the list in UnFollowers . Then IG stopped allowing it, and all but 1-2 ppl a day no longer saw my posts. Today, I got a warning that they thought I was buying likes and follows, which I was not, and would never, and that they were going to block my account if I did not change my password and get rid of UnFollowers . So, years of building my following was ruined by one week of using UnFollowers. So upset. I have no idea how to cancel it, since I cannot get in to see my information unless I sign into IG through it again, which could cost me my account.

I had the free version for a while and it worked ok but not consistently. It gets buggy and you have to close and reopen it, but then it refreshes and clears your stats.

Someone blocked me so I upgraded to the paid version, but it refreshed while updating and the stats went back to 0. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and never got a response. Now my ‘rate app’ button doesn’t work which is a little sketchy.

Also, the stats for ‘most likes’ etc. aren’t accurate. I wasn’t interested in this feature but just checked it for my review and they were way off.

Would be better if they saved stats for a certain time period instead of clearing them constantly. The pop-up ads are very annoying as well.

*update* After using UnFollowers for a while I’ve noticed that it adds people to your “blocked you” list after they’ve merely deactivated their account. Super annoying and misleading, took me a while to figure out lol. The paid version is definitely not worth it, stick to the free one if any!

Great features. Great user interface. Provides a lot of insight and analytics, including who followed you, who unfollowed you, which profiles liked and commented most and can manage multiple accounts.

An annoying part of the feature is that if you want to unfollow multiple profiles based on an analysis (such as profiles who unfollowed you), you can’t. You have to go through each one individually and UnFollowers takes you to IG for you to do a manual unfollow.

The biggest issue with UnFollowers is its lack of stability. It freezes way to often. It gets stuck on IG login cycles and even when you’ve already logged in). Right now, despite having paid for the full app, it is unusable. It just won’t work. Stuck in a login cycle which I can’t get out of. I have had to purchase another app.

Paid for UnFollowers last year. Worked fine although a few times it told me someone unfollowed when they didn’t. Now for the last few months, new followers and new this app just register as 0. Tried reinstalling a few times. Any suggestions?

I rarely write reviews, but I have to say this one is really useful. I was skeptical at first, but this has helped me clean up who I’m following. It might sound petty but if someone has gone to the trouble of unfollowing me, then I say why should I follow them?

It is a bit of a task to go through an unfollow people individually, but it’s far quicker than trying to do it yourself through Instagram. Plus this is a free app, so it really is a good service.

I relied on UnFollowers for years but as of a couple months ago (at least), I haven’t been able to log in. It keeps putting me in a password loop. Authentication codes (two factor nor phone text) don’t work, password doesn’t work when it is correct. I figured out a way to get further, but it is still a loop, unfortunately.

UnFollowers literally saves me hours because I don't have to try to find people that aren't following me that promised they would. I hate people that say they're going to follow you, but then secretly stop and hope you won't find out. UnFollowers is the best way to put an end to this problem because it tracks who stops following you and tells you everyone that you're following that's not following you back. I would definitely recommend getting UnFollowers as it comes in handy a lot.

For those on who like to monitor their account and believe in only following people who support you... UnFollowers is great. It's simplistic and save you so much time verse going through each of the people you follow to see which one are no longer following you. It's also nice to be reminded to who is following you that you don't follow so that they can get your support and not get lost in the stack.

I only started using UnFollowers a few days ago but I haven't had any issues with it. The free version of UnFollowers is worth dealing with the ads that pop up. I'm thinking about upgrading soon. If you're thinking about getting UnFollowers , I would recommend it. It really helps keep track of people who don't follow you back (the main reason I got it).

I have unloaded and loaded this on my phone several times it was working perfect for a long time And now for some reason when I try to get on UnFollowers after it says loading users it gets stuck. It stays that way until I stop it and restart it then again it does the same it will not open up for some reason help…

UnFollowers is very useful. There were a lot of people who followed me and then unfollowed me right after so it would seem like they still followed me, and UnFollowers helped me pick out those people. The only downsides are ads and the fact that you have to pay for some stuff, but I don’t really care about that. As long as I can see who isn’t following me, it’s perfect!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
