I have used Medisafe for years but as of yesterday it stopped working. It shows Guest as the user not my name and I can't login because it says there is no such account. Please help me asap. I need this app. Thank you, Debra
Screen on my iPhoneSE in black when I launch your app. It was working fine up until yesterday.
Keeps freezing , can’t add meds
Using the app on iPhone 14pro iOS16.3.1 Starting yesterday the app would open but was then frozen. Today I decided to delete and reinstall, now unable to log in due to “a problem connecting the server” Everything else on my phone is working fine.
App hangs after I enter taking a med. It shows the rotating wait icon. My work around is to close the app and reopen. This happens continuously. App started doing this a couple of months ago. I’m running IOS 16.1 on a iPhone 12 Pro Max
App not working. Getting stuck on new a new MS feature that isn’t downloading. Med reminders are working but I cannot register that I took or skipped them. App is frozen.

HI, As of this coming Wednesday, my medifriend, Gretta Curry, is getting the message "not meds on his day!) plus picture of calendar with hot air balloon. This continues on indefinitely. My app still shows all the meds. I have tried updating my medifriend and having my medifriend turn on/off her phone, None of this has worked. Can you help?
When I go to open the app it just says it’s constantly updating… It is it like that for maybe half an hour and then sometimes it will open… If I close the app and re-open it it does it all over again.
