Close and restart the PocketRx app on iPhone
Update PocketRx app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PocketRx iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PocketRx on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PocketRx network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix PocketRx not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PocketRx app issues:

Force Stop the PocketRx App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PocketRx app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PocketRx to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PocketRx App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PocketRx app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PocketRx.

Fix PocketRx unable to contact server/ PocketRx internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PocketRx » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PocketRx » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PocketRx on android.
