I have a problem with BCBSTX

User reports:
No current problems

- Location finder puts user 2 counties away from actual location.

- Search function is clunky.

- "Call now" button does nothing.

- Directions button wipes search results away.

- No ID card with update.

- Claims to support Apple Wallet but doesn't.

- Most pages have nothing populating.

- No phone links to call for preauthorizations.

BCBSTX app not working for at least 2 days now (s22 Ultra here & yes, it has latest updates).

To resolve BCBSTX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the BCBSTX App
1. On android, goto Settings » BCBSTX » click [Force Stop]

Clear BCBSTX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BCBSTX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BCBSTX.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BCBSTX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BCBSTX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BCBSTX
