Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BCBSTX app issues:

Force Stop the BCBSTX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BCBSTX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BCBSTX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BCBSTX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BCBSTX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
