I can’t use ShopRunner without agreeing to “allow tracking”? No thanks. Instant uninstall.

So I was essentially forced to use this app for an order or pay an exorbitant shipping fee. So I signed up and downloaded ShopRunner . They now want the ability to track your web activity and email traffic. Then if you are dumb enough to agree to that, the tracking information they give you DOESN’T EXIST according to UPS! They are merely out to aggregate data.

I thought it was just their website, so I downloaded ShopRunner . Search filters are limited. Then once you finally find something you like and click the link, it opens a blank page or errors out.

It has been a week since my order has been “on it’s way”, but it hasn’t even shipped yet and they have still not even given an estimated arrival date. This is the worst service I’ve ever had.

ShopRunner would be so much better if we could add multiple emails. I have like 3 and they are each linked w/ other apps so i can’t get all my shipping details using just 1 email.

Poorly designed app, feels slow/buggy and constantly crashing. Plus, full of garbage. There’s probably a grand total of five solid storefronts and everything else is fake supplements and overpriced junk.

Cannot log into my account with ShopRunner . The reCaptcha “I’m not a robot” check never loads. I don’t understand why FedEx gets into a business segment where they clearly are out of their league.

Deceives you into subscribing and makes it so hard to cancel.

ShopRunner will force you to opt in to tracking during setup. No option to skip. I deleted it immediately. Stay away unless you like your data monitored.

Not sure what the inventory is like. But it doesn’t matter because the site refuses to believe my shipping address exists. Total waste of space.

Recent and delivered orders won’t even show up. Just shows errors, almost like they want to deter you from returning…

I’ve been using this app for about two years and have been very happy with the service. That being said I just downloaded ShopRunner and the first thing I have to do is put in a bunch of information so they can now decide how I want to shop. Not a fan of being told what I want. They ask my gender and then tailor the stores towards that information, problem is I shop for my wife as much as I shop for myself. Just give me the stores and I’ll decide where I want to shop. Also the selection of stores in ShopRunner is abysmal. I see from their response to other reviewers that they’re still inputting retailers. All the retailers should have been available at the time of rollout as rolling out a incomplete app will only alienate users who like me will leave ShopRunner and probably never give it a second chance. I will continue to use the this app service just not through ShopRunner .

I have orders that have been delivered and ShopRunner isn’t showing this yet Can’t log in either. It’s a OOPS it’s us 🙄

ShopRunner design makes it look like it’s only for women.

The idea of shop runner having an app where you can shop from all of their partners stores in one place is awesome but ShopRunner is not developed enough to provide a good shopping experience. The pictures on ShopRunner are not clear when I do a close up. I also know there should be several angles but ShopRunner only provides one- the frontal. It would be helpful to develop the filters especially for the clothing section for more styles and petite sizes.

For the most part I love ShopRunner and site. My membership is free because I have an Amex so that's awesome and then I get 2day shipping free on anything I order through it which is also awesome. But my complaints are that I've ordered through ShopRunner before and my order didn't get the 2 day shipping (etoys store) so I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get my item!! Also I've returned stuff (wireless emporium) using the this app free prepaid shipping label and after over a month of not seeing a refund, not getting any response from this app and not being able to get through to the store, I finally had to sit on hold for an hour at the corporate offices of wireless emporium! Then they wouldn't help me without the tracking info which was no longer on this app of course so I thankfully was able to reprint the label from my printer memory and then magically the store saw that I actually did return my item. A really annoying and frustrating situation and even more so that this app ignored my multiple emails requesting assistance! Guess you get what you pay for! I still use the site and app frequently however:)

I’m aways buying similar styles/more than one size from multiple retailers planning to only keep one or two items (like jeans or swim suits). ShopRunner helps me keep track of alllll of it so I never forget to rerun something I don’t want.
I can also quickly compare the cost of items i’m thinking about keeping which is super helpful.

ShopRunner has made my life so much easier! Not only can I find new brands and get the best deals at my favorite stores, but I can also track all of my packages. It makes it so easy for me to organize all of my online shopping. I don’t know what I did before ShopRunner!

i love shopping on ShopRunner because i can look at all my favorite stores and brands instead of having to hop into different apps to shop!
