Close and restart the NetClient CS app on iPhone
Update NetClient CS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NetClient CS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NetClient CS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NetClient CS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix NetClient CS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NetClient CS App
1. On android, goto Settings » NetClient CS » click [Force Stop]

Update NetClient CS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NetClient CS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NetClient CS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NetClient CS.

Fix NetClient CS unable to contact server/ NetClient CS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NetClient CS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NetClient CS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NetClient CS
