How to fix QuickVoice app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QuickVoice app on iPhone
Update QuickVoice app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QuickVoice iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QuickVoice on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QuickVoice network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

QuickVoice Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix QuickVoice not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the QuickVoice App
1. On android, goto Settings » QuickVoice » click [Force Stop]

Update QuickVoice to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QuickVoice App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » QuickVoice » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart QuickVoice.

Fix QuickVoice unable to contact server/ QuickVoice internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click QuickVoice » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto QuickVoice » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QuickVoice
