This is what appears on both apps including pro! An unknown recording error has occurred

I have many recordings on my iPhone. Earlier today I got a message that there was an upgrade available in the App Store, so I downloaded that. Now all of my recordings seem to have disappeared. How can I recover them? Thanks.

Force Stop the QuickVoice App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click QuickVoice app. » click "Force Stop".

Update QuickVoice to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QuickVoice App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "QuickVoice app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch QuickVoice.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
