I move up to friends then almost up to family but get kicked back to the bottom. This happened three times so far.

The app opens and parts of it are missing. I click on empty blacken blocks to go to a different place in app. Nothing happens. When the APP opens up I see a hoagie. I have an iphone 8 and IOS is 16.4.1 I was working great until recently. I also upgraded to IOS 16.4.1 recently. I do not know if there is a relation between the two.

How to fix QuickChek app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QuickChek app on iPhone
Update QuickChek app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QuickChek iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QuickChek on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QuickChek network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

QuickChek Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix QuickChek not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the QuickChek App
1. On android, goto Settings » QuickChek » click [Force Stop]

Update QuickChek to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QuickChek App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » QuickChek » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart QuickChek.

Fix QuickChek unable to contact server/ QuickChek internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click QuickChek » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto QuickChek » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QuickChek
