Casey's application will not allow me to sign in.

Locked out of my account because I have the wrong password. Although it is saved to my Face ID

I cannot get to my rewards. When I try it says error page not found?

Will not process payment of any kind for pick up orders. Says payment failed when funds are available. This has been going on for a month. There is not app update. Nothing needs to be cleared. Fix the issue or you'll lose a customer.

I keep trying to login to my account. It tell me it needs me more information (email & phone number) When I put it in, it says call number already exists. I know - it's mine!!!! I can't get into app.

I have been having trouble for weeks. I can't access or use my points. I have tried all the "fixes" and nothing helps. No one has gotten back to me. I keep getting "server error" on the desk top, and when I click sign in I get "there has been an error, please try again later." How much later?? This is very annoying. And why don't you publish a phone number to call?

I have been getting server error message for months when I try to order through the app or website. We haven't been able to order or use rewards points because of this issue.

App screen locked. Cleared cache...didn't help. Frozen on screen saying we can only enter scratch contest once a day...BUT I didn't do it today!

I'm trying to sign up for rewards but it says my number has been deleted. I don't have a second number to use nor did I even put my number in to begin with.

I cannot login and it isn't a password problem. When I click the sign in button it gives me a message that says "An error has occurred. Please try again later." It's been weeks. I've tried contacting Casey's three times and nobody responds.

I cannot play the game in the app. When I choose a spot, it won't reveal what's behind it. I am unable to play again for 24 hours, but never actually get to play. This is the third day in a row this has happened.

When I try to purchase items for delivery, it won't let me check out.

My Casey’s rewards isn’t working and I can’t use my rewards or points. It says “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I haven’t been able to use it all day.

Cannot connect with app. Continually gives error occurred try later. Has done this approximately a week

I’m having trouble ordering pizzas or anything at all from the Casey’s app. It tells me it can not build my order, or to use a different card every time so I can’t order anything.

Will not process payment has done this on more than one order and the issue will not correct itself. I've tried removing cards and re-adding, uninstalling the app and remaking the order.

My app shows I have no pizzas and I know I have purchased at least 10 in less than a year. In the fall I had a party and purchased 9. Today I purchased 2 and still not showing up.

I believe someone has hacked my account. My Twitter with the same email address just came up as hacked, and the last 3 orders placed on my account were not made by me. When I try to verify my phone number, it says the verification code has expired, even when I enter it immediately. I am worried this person is taking money from me, and I would like to be able to access my account to delete it. Thank you.

Have tried for over a month now and when e-mail and password are typed it just stops and does nothing. I have changed the password, tried to set up new account which won't let me because it says already have one with that e-mail. I have re-booted my computer several times and that does not work either. My wife has put the app on her android smartphone and that does not work either. Previously it did work on her phone. She uninstalled it and re-installed it on her phone with same result. It does not say anything - just stops. I need to see rewards info and my points and I have a free pizza next time. The app logs me out even though I check the box that says “keep me logged in.” I go to log back in and have to change my password. I change my password and go to sign in, not create account. I has me put my phone number in and says “phone number already in use.” I’m not trying to create. a new account, I’m trying to log back in so I don’t lose my points

The app says it cannot process my payment when I make an order I don't know why all my information is updated

I don't have a credit card, never have owned one .

All of a sudden my Casey's app will not process my debit card payment for delivery when there is money in my account. I also get a message about my rewards money not going through as well. I have an Android smartphone. Thank you for your help.

I have been unable to login I to the Casey's app for over a week. Login doesn't work, even signing in with Facebook doesn't work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Nothing is working!! Please fix it so I can use the app again!!!!

The cases Rewards app will not let me sign in when I hit login it wants to do my phone number in the email section and then my password when I try to type my email it gives me an error who do I talk to to reset it?

I'm signed in but it keeps saying unrecognizable number when in the store. And I can see my point transactions up until it started saying that. On the app when I try to go to my rewards it says something happened try again later but it's been a week no change and no response back yet from anyone. I've told everyone that will listen to get in the rewards program but now it's not working for me

Says user disabled. Can't access my points, can't acces my points from pizza promotion. Customer service is nonexistent. They use to be my favorite convinience store. Probably never going back again.

I have reset my password. When I try to log back on, it says User Disabled.

it would not take my card, so I tried deleting the card info but it would not let me put the month and year numbers online with my computer. On the android phone app it would not put the card onto the account. Now I have no payment info and gave up trying to order. It hasn't worked on my computer for over a year but used to work on the phone app. UGH!

My app wouldn't allow me to login. I deleted the app, thinking reinstalling would fix it. Now I cannot reinstall from the Google Play store. I just get a quick error message and it all disappears

Hey, I keep trying to log in. When I log in it asks for me to put my phone number in, so I do that, then it says "this phone number already exists" well duh because I'm logging into my account. I've filled my gas up 3 times and need to check my rewards. Can you help me log in?

Tried updating the app, the google store tells me "something went wrong". Can't use it without updating the app. Tried uninstalling it, but can't even get it to redownload?

Hi, I can't log into Casey's rewards account.

For a few months now when I order “curbside delivery” on my app and I get to the store I can’t select “I’m here”

I am not able to login to my Casey’s rewards. I’ve tried changing the password and when I go to login after changing it, it still will not let me in to see my points.

I pull up on app and it's frozen on the last thing I did and that is on the game can't look or redeem points or look at all the specials fix it

I can't order anything on the app. It won't also locate my stores in my area.

I can't log in. It tells me it encountered a problem to check back in a little bit. I Uninstall and reinstall the app 3 times and all 3 times it said the same thing. The next time I uninstall the app it will be Permanent.

Cannot login to the app. Keeps bouncing back. I tried to change the password and not sure if that took or not. I went to the Play Store and hit the update. That did nothing. I tried to log in using old and new passwords but same thing - keeps bouncing back. have re-booted my computer and my phone several times. I read some blogs and cleaned the cache. I cannot log in on my computer or my phone. I need to find out how many points I have for gas and don't want to lose them if I delete the app. So I am afraid to delete the app altogether. I have sent several e-mails already with no response. Appreciate it if you would get back to me.

My login won’t let me login with my phone number saying it’s already been used. This means I can’t check my rewards points.

My App stays on my IPhone but will not let me go into My account for points etc Also has a little 1 in it like there is message but cannot open App

The Auburn NE location, according to the app, is out of certain pizzas. This has been going on for over 2 weeks. When you call the location they are, in fact, not out of anything. Thus you have to order from them and hope they credit your pizza to your account. I've just been ordering cheeses pizza, through the app; then calling the store and having them add the toppings I want. That way I don't have to worry about them crediting my account.

No matter what I do the app will not work even goggle to try to reset by phone number nothing work thank you for any help to get it to work

Caseys app opens and then crashes right away anybody else having this problem

My husband and I can't get into our caseys apps bc they open then immediately crash. Is there a bug in the system?
