We have tickets to take Busbud to Southampton on Oct 18. Our ref.# is PTRAV325 (CONF. #) order # 321972826. When we made the the reservation we accidently put terminal 5 as our pickup point. We need to be picked up at terminal 3. How can we change the pickup from 5 to 3?

I saw a review from another person stating the app had messed up their departure city. I chalked it up to user error and decided to book with Busbud because the pricing was significantly better. Twice it attempted to default my purchase to a different time than I wanted. I swear I selected my departure time VERY carefully, paid for my tickets and felt good. I went back to double check my reservation and view the e-ticket and it was back at the time I didn’t want! I ended up going through Amtrak to fix the issue and ended up paying extra to have the correct departure time. I should have just booked with Amtrak from the beginning.
1st time using Busbud

My 1st time I used busbud was tonight. I’m in Mexico backpacking so I had to take a overnight bus. They sold me a ticket for a bus that didn’t exist! And almost ruined my trip. Luckily the people who worked there understood how nervous and worried I was and fixed the issue by getting me on the next bus. I can’t tell you how scaring it is to be in a different country where you don’t really understand the language and have ticket errors! I would love if busbud contacted me about this. Because I hope no backpacker ever has to deal with this. That was terrible. Not only did I almost get scammed by busbud. I would of not made my hostel for the night.

Do NOT use Busbud for any bus fair bookings! I have been scammed through their platform and they refuse to accept accountability or responsibility. My bus never arrived at the location I was given. I had to arrange and fund alternate transportation last minute. When I asked for a refund, Busbud said they couldn’t help and provided contact info, only for this 1800 number to be a sex hotline! 😡 this bus line is a complete scam and Busbud is allowing them to prey on their users!!! I would give zero stars if I could!! Please save yourself the trouble and money and choose a different platform for bus ride bookings!
