You can earn additional points for connecting to Amazon and it isn't allowing me to do that. I know my login information works ... Show more (I use the same login and I can get on to Amazon). I was told to add it through my desktop but there isn't any link to do that. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that hasn't worked. At one point, my Amazon account was connected and now, I can reconnect it.

When I try to submit another help ticket, I get a message saying I must upgrade the app. I did update the app, and keep getting the same message. I don't know what else they want? So frustrating.....THEY OWE ME $55 in rewards!!!!!!!!! I will not continue using this app until this is solved. I have been using this app since 2014, with no real issues until now.

Show more expensive receipts you all are not willing to pay any tokens and that’s when you all claim the receipt is invalid or unreadable also when I mark as incorrect he will always respond as a duplicate receipt instead of paying proper tokens or any tokens for my receipts. You also have no contact phone number to resolve any issues if this matter continues I’m sure a lot of customers will be lost.
