I contacted you on 8/10/23 re my subscription problems but have not heard back. I tried to logon today to see if there was a message online for me but could not logon. Due to your confusing and overlapping subscription offers I've ended up paying for 2 subscriptions to Investing for Income. I just received dupicate copies of Sept 2023 Vol 12 #9 to: KVP6022053000/8 and KVP6023748061/9. I want to have one cancelled (obviously) and either receive a credit or have it applied to my original subscription, thus extending it...whatever works. I went to your site for resetting my password so I could login to take care of this but the site does not work: "oops, page does not exist." So, I'm in a loop of not being able to logon or fix the problem. I'm obviously very frustrated. Please respond asap so I can keep the subscription. Otherwise I feel I must cancel all, including the Kiplinger newsletter. I have to assume there are glitches on your side that can be resolved, as opposed to non-caring customer service. Thanks, in advance, for fixing this.
