everytime i order a product it takes the money from my card but keeps saying something is wrong
I have always had trouble with the Sally Beauty app. Sometimes it works for a few minutes but then it stops. It or her shows that I have nothing in my cart but I have over 20 items in it. Sometimes it will show it. Then, it won't let me delete or add anything. I press on the trash can but it does nothing no matter how many times I click in it. Then, I try to add something and it won't add it. Also, one time when I was trying to buy what was in my cart, it would not accept the expiration date of my debit card. It kept saying that the date was invalid. I triple checked and I was typing in the correct date. I tried over 10 times! Sometimes I can't make it to the physical store so I buy online. I would have bought over $100.00 WORTH of products by now if it worked! This problem is causing Sally Beauty to lose money and I'm sure I am not the only one having problems. I tried deleting the app and installing it again but that didn't help.
